Andrea's pov
At work,down with the normal daily routine suddenly hearing the sound Coming from the door which revealed a tall man should I say man or guy. I was deep in thought that I didn't notice he was closer to me now.
"hello"the random guy said
"hi, you are welcome to Millie's place what can I offer you "I asked after been caught steering at him
"I need a beer and are you just going to keep me standing and not offer me a sit "he said
"my bad am so sorry please this way"i said acting innocent
After taking him to his sir I headed to the counter where Maxwell stays. I took some orders before resting to have my lunch never noticing that the random guy was still here for over three hours. Moving closer to Maxwell to question him .
"hey Max did you notice that guy ever since, he's been there for over three hours "I inquired
Max looked at me and over to the guy at the bar.
"seems to me that he's troubled with something "Max said
Then taking a last look before exiting the bar for the day to see what Max was trying to say and saw that he was right, he's troubled with something .
I went to nearest restaurant I could see in order to eat something. Making my through the door to see huge guys standing by the door way and in front of them was a very expensive car that 2years of my salary couldn't get. Then I ran back into the bar to glance at the random guy only to find him wearing a very expensive suit which you could tell was expensive from the look and his wrist watch. Then finally moving taking note that the guy was rich.
I headed straight to the restaurant after my full observation before my hunger will worsen the situation of my belly.
I finally had my lunch and went back to the bar only to get a news that I was transferred. I was shocked.
"hey Andy "Max usually called me that
"what's up max"i asked
"Umm..looks like someone is gonna be rich soon "max said excitedly
"I don't get you max what is it"i asked becoming worried
"you've been transferred dummy"max said winking
"transferred...what do you mean by been transferred "I asked
"do you remember the other guy that came in earlier"max asked
I had totally forgotten that someone was at the bar before I left then I glanced at his table only to find it empty. "Yh what about him "I said
"well he came asking for the boss I told him he was on his office he asked if he could meet him and I said yes then he went up to the bosses office and after sometime they both came out,i mean boss and the guy. "Max started
"the boss said I should hand over this to you that you have nothing to do with this bar any longer and that you should resume to your new office tomorrow "he ended
Then I went over the piece of paper given to me to find out that whatever Max has been saying is true. I really didn't know what to do I asked about the boss.
"Max Where is the boss "I asked.
"ohh he has left already after his meeting with your new boss "he said chuckling.
I ran out of the bar holding the piece of paper and my bag crying.
