"Mom!!!!! Junior took my charger and won't give it back!" Thalias voice rang through the entirety of the house, causing Derek and Stiles both to groan softly. Stiles sipped his coffee and he cleared his throat and as the two young wolves ran through the kitchen, Stiles reached out, hooked his finger in Juniors pant loop and stopped the young boy in his tracks.

"Junior. Didn't we just buy you a charger yesterday at Target?" Stiles asked and Junior scowled slightly.

"Yes- but Talies charges faster." Junior argued and Thalia growled lowly and took the opportunity to snatch her charger out of the young boys hand.

"Use your own charger, turd! Stay out of my room!" She sneered and Junior growled lowly and stuck his tongue out at her.

Stiles huffed slightly and he ruffled his sons hair a bit. "Tell ya what—" Stiles trailed off and glanced at Derek who was too busy with his nose in his phone to truly pay attention to what was going on. "I'll take you to Target and we'll get you a new fast charger okay? Stop taking Thalias." Junior sighed a little but he quickly nodded his head in agreement before storming off to his room.

Stiles grabbed his cup of coffee and he brought the mug to his lips with a soft humm and Derek finally looked away from his phone to smirk at his doe eyed husband. "Target. Why not Walmart? Every time you go into Target you spend at least 300." Derek complained with a slight shake of his head. Stiles just hummed, it was true, he couldn't deny it even if he wanted to. Target just had really great things, he doesn't know anyone that could walk into Target and not spend and arm and a leg.

"Are you coming with us or not?" Stiles asked with a wide grin. The kids were out of school for a semester considering they both went to a private supernatural school run by Deatons wife Esmeralda. Junior wasn't too happy about this break, but Thalia was thrilled. She wasn't a big fan of school, she was already in discussions with Derek about taking her GED at 16 just so she didn't have to go anymore. Derek wasn't opposed to it, but Stiles wasn't the happiest hearing about it. He'd support her no matter what though— at least she wasn't truly dropping out.

"I'll pass. I think Tallie wanted to go visit Scott and Malia to see baby Greyson." Derek murmured and he took a sip of his own coffee. Stiles nodded his head and he just stared at Derek for a moment. Stiles was over the whole Scott and Derek thing from years ago, but he couldn't lie that it still crossed his mind from time to time.

"Okay, babe. Give them my love and make sure you give Grey extra kisses from uncle Sti, yeah?" Stiles smirked and he stood from the table. He grabbed his empty mug and he walked it to the sink and he turned on the water to rinse it out. As he stood at the sink, his phone lit up with a message notification. Stiles picked it up and looked at the message and his eyebrows knitted together with confusion and a groan escaped his lips. Of course they need him on his day off.

Quickly sending a message back to the precinct. Stiles placed his phone in his back pocket. He was used to this, which is why he got dressed in a nicer pair of jeans and a polo shirt this morning. He wasn't getting into a suit considering it was his day off but he wasn't going to go there dressed too comfy either.

Stiles walked back to the table and he looked at his husband. "I have to go. Detective Parrish text me. There's been three bodies found in the preserve. All drained of blood. No wounds at all." Stiles was flabbergasted by it honestly and it made him wonder what thing could do such a thing. He could tell Derek was wondering the same thing.

"Should I tell Scott? Just in case we have a new player in town?" Derek asked, standing up as well to send Stiles off properly.

"Yes you should. I'll let you know more once I know more." Stiles murmured and he leaned in to peck Derek's lips.

"Please take Junior to get a fast charger. I feel bad I have to go." Stiles sighed and he walked to the front door with Derek. Stiles slipped on his shoes and he yelled bye to the kids and kissed Derek one more time before he was out the door to head to the office.

Derek was concerned, just as Stiles was. He hoped it was nothing too big after so long of them not having to worry about a thing. That's the thing with living in towns with supernatural beacons, eventually the scales going to tip. Things could get really really good or really really bad.
