Strawberries

1) cover strawberries with yoghurt

2) put in freezer

3) one done, take out and chop in half

4)enjoy!

Smoothie

1) get ingredients

   - 4-5 strawberries

   - 2 handfuls of blueberry's

   -,1 banana

   - 1/2,- 1 apple

   - 4 table spoons of low fat Greek style             yoghurt 

2) blend all together at once

3) either eat now or put in fridge for later or over night!!

Fruit

Just simply have some fruit - you could:

-cut it to shapes

-arrange it in colour order

-put some on cereal like bran flakes or wheatabix

-have them together

-desert ; breakfast ; starter ; snaks
