The day was like any other day in the system. Reese (Red blood cell) was doing his job, transporting  oxygen to he rest of his friends like always. He liked his job and he liked to do it peacefully.

"Heyo Reese!"

Reese turned around to see Platon (Platelets) waving at him.

"Hiya Platon!" He waved back.

"I just came here to check up on you, just to make sure." He said examining.

Reese chuckled. "It's fine Platon, you worry too much."

"I'm just doing my job k?" He said condescendingly.

"Whatever you say man." Reese said as he rolled his eyes.

Platon spent a good 10 minutes examining everything.

"Hm." He said, "Everything seems ok."

"I told you! Why don't you believe me?" Reese asked poutly.

"Alright Alright!" Platon said while leaving. "I believe it now, now I'll leave!"

And Reese was once again alone.

Or so he thought.

While he was doing his work, he couldn't help but feel like there was someone there. Watching him. He swore he saw someone in the corner of his eye but when he looked there was nobody there at all.

What's going on? He thought

I must be tired..

Yeah I'm just overworked that's all..

But it kept happening again and again. He was started to get nervous. This couldn't just be his imagination right? Soon he grew tired of it and thought maybe Platon was playing a joke on him.

"ALRIGHT PLATON!" he yelled. "Just come out I know it's you"

A shadowy figure came out. Platon was short but he wasn't this short. Whoever this person is was short, shorter then Platon.

"Who are you?!" Reese exclaimed.

The figure didn't answer. But merely stepped forward. It was revealed to be a female. She didn't look like anyone Reese had ever seen. She didn't look normal, she looked terrifying.

Wait he thought

No..

"WHO ARE YOU?!" he asked again.

"Hello Reeeese.." she said. Her voice was extremely werid

"How do you know my name?"

"My dear, everybody knows your name. And I'm sure you know mine~" she answered.

"You're a virus a-aren't y-you?" He asked scared.

The virus laughed. "What else Reese dear?"

"You aren't s-supposed to b-be here.." he stuttered.

"Mhmm..yes but I thought I might stay for a while." She said as she started walking towards him.

Reese started backing away.

"P-please STAY BACK" he screamed.

Just as he was about to touch her, a figure came and slashed her hand. The virus screamed in pain.

"OH YOU F**KING BASTARD!" She yelled.

"Oh am I now Itzayana (Influenza)?"

It was Whitney (White Blood Cell) with her sword. Here to protect her brother.

"WH-WHITNEY!" Reese said relieved.

"Hey baby bro, Looks like you have an intruder." She said as she glared at the virus.

"YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS WHITNEY!" Itzayana shouted.

"Really now?" Whitney said still glaring at her. "Vernise (Virus) send you because she doesn't want to get her own hands dirty."

Itzayana looked even more angry gen before.

"You do not insult Mother Vernise!!" She bellowed.

"Yeah yeah whatever" Whitney said as she raised her sword.

"We could do this the easy way or the hard way.."

Itzayana growled at her but didn't do anything. She slowly backed into the shadows and left. Whitney still went to look around to make sure she didn't stay.

"Thank you sis.." Reese said.

"No problemo brother, Im here to protect you." She said as she pat his head.

"That girl was scary.." he admitted.

"Yeah, Viruses are hideous.." she said snarling.

"Anyways, we'll make sure that her minions aren't still here and if they are we'll crush them!" She yelled.

"Thanks sis.."

Well that's it!
In this world, Viruses are outsiders. They are led by Virus or Vernise who leads them and sends one to infect and kill Reese. Whitney is Reese's Brother and is there to protect him.
