Just where in the hell am I? The young man asked, definitely clueless about his surroundings. What's more is that he even forgot everything, including his own name.

"Looks like you're finally awake now, young man," a man wearing white clothes said to him. "Can you please tell me what you're feeling right now?"

"Kinda weak and I don't seem to remember anything, I guess," the young man replied. "What's more frustrating is that I don't even remember my own name."

"It's because of the head damage that you sustained during your accident. But don't worry, your memories will eventually return, though I don't know when," the man in white replied. "By the way, I'm Doctor Choi Hyunsik, your attending physician."

"Physician?" the young man asked.

"Ah...you forgot everything, right? My bad, sorry," Choi Hyunsik replied. "A physician is a professional or an expert in taking care of people's health."

"Oh, I see. So it means that you're a good man, right?" the young man asked.

"Well...you're somewhat...correct, I guess," Doctor Choi shyly replied. "Anyway, two police officers brought you here a week ago for treatment. By the way, they are the ones who maintain peace and order here."

"Hmmm...the terms you say are kinda confusing but, don't worry, I'll manage," the young man commented. "I think I need to thank them. Can you please tell me where those, err...police officers are?"

"They're probably busy at work right now but, wait...I'll just call them," Doctor Choi replied. "By the way, since we don't really know your name, I gave you a temporary one that you can use right away," he added before showing the young man a writing slate with a name written on it.

"Jung...Min...sung?" the young man asked.

"Good thing that you can still remember how to read," Doctor Choi commented. "How about writing, then?"

As an answer, the young man wrote the entire Hangul in the writing slate with ease.

"No problems about that, I think," he answered.

"It's very good to know that your nerves aren't damaged in any way," Doctor Choi said before letting a nurse assist the young man in sitting. "By the way, we found this with you. It might help you remember something so better check that," he added, handing the young man a small clean box.

My personal belongings? Do I still have those? I ask myself, quite surprised. After all, it's not unusual for someone to get their possessions stolen whenever something like an accident happens. Good thing that I was rescued, or rather run over, by those so-called 'policemen' or whoever they are.

"Err...is this it?" I asked, taking out and showing a bracelet that I found inside the box in order for them to see.

"Sad to say but, Yes, that's it," Doctor Choi replied.

Looking at the bracelet, I feel somewhat strange, though I cannot exactly remember where I got it.

"Oh, your saviors are here," Doctor Choi said. "You may get in."

"Ah. Good thing that we both thought of visiting here," one of the older men who got inside his room said. "By the way, I'm Senior Officer Baek Hongnam. Nice to meet you."

"And I'm Junior Officer Jang Wooyoung," the other one, who seems to be just a little older than him, added.

"Err...I'm Jung Minsung. Doctor Choi said that I can use that name for now," I replied somewhat consciously. "I'm sorry but it seems that I don't remember anything."
