Ch. 1
TOO MANY PEOPLE

His hand is sweaty in mine making it hard to hold on. My side bumped up against his continuously as he guided me through the crowd. People scratched and pulled at my clothes. Screams and cries for the man holding on to me were deafening. It was like I was a small fish being fed upon by billions of starving piranhas.

I tripped on a rock, stubbing my toe. He pulled me to his side even closer so I wouldn't fall.

All I want is to see his eyes. His bright emerald eyes that I have fallen in love with, that is what I need to see at this moment of nerves.

You'd think I would have gotten use to all this craziness by now. But no matter how many times we got caught on a date by his fans, I still get shocked by how quick the crowd grows.

Four months ago I wouldn't of even imagined a life like this or a love like this. The kind of love that strikes you in the heart with the first glance toward the other person and never dims through your time together but gets even more stronger.

I learned that he is not this womanizer like everyone thinks, nor is he this famous guy. He is simply... Harry Styles. The guy with a big heart who burrowed into mine and hasn't left since.

"Styles! Look over here!"

"Harreh! Can I have your baby!"

"Is it true you cheated on Bethany, Harry?"

The shouting got louder and louder and I became dizzy faster than someone could yell 'sing'. The flashes made my eyes cross and spots float in May vision. I suddenly had an urge to throw up.

"Harry I need to s-" I tried to talk but I blacked out before I could finish.

--------------------------

I woke up in a white gown and laying on the most uncomfortable bed I have ever had the pleasure to lay on. The white walls seemed to blind me in a way that I just wanted to get out of there and run wild in the streets of Chicago where the lights are bright and the shops brighter, where there is color everywhere.

But just as I moved my legs and my back stood at a ninety degree angle from the bed, my blood rushed to my head in a tailspin. My head spun tenfold when it his the cotton white pillow that felt as soft as a Quartz rock. It dug into my neck and made the pain slice through my head even more challenging to ignore. But I guess pain demands to be felt. Or so says one of the quotes from my favorite books, The Fault in Our Stars, says.

Just as I was gaining enough strength to try to get up again a nurse dressed in pink and green poke a dot scrubs came in holding a small clipboard. The slight breeze that stretched its way into the room made me couch and hold my nose.

"Sorry, someone spilled a bucket of cleaner in the hallway. It will take a while for the strong fumes to clear out." The nurse said apologetically.

She walked over to the window and opens it with her hands while balancing the clipboard between her teeth. I guess she didn't see the small table next to the door where two beautiful vases filled with red and white roses sat.

"There, that should make it better." And it did. My head cleared up slightly but the smell of grilling hotdogs and hamburgers let the beast out of its cage.

"Wow, someone's hungry," the nurse grinned. "I will make sure to have someone come up to give you some food."

"Thanks." My throat sounded odd as I spoke the single word. It was as if I hadn't spoken in days, weeks even.

"No problem dearie." The way she patted the top of my head affectionately reminded me of my mother. She would always pat my head and kiss my cheek before I went to bed.

The thought made me sad. I miss my mom. I wonder where she is...

The nurse checked my vitals and got me a few things before leaving my room to give the clipboard to the doctor.

I didn't ask anything despite the questions floating around in my brain. I think I will just wait for the doc to come in to talk to me.

Ten minutes later and my and I have gone crazy just staring at those ridiculous walls. Luckily the doc finally came in... And what he had to say gave me the shock of my life...

That's the first chapter! What do you think? Like I said, it will be a little slow at first.

Sorry for any typos. I don't have an editor and I'm not perfect. So just pretend the mistakes are not there. A book is meant for the imagination after all.
