AN: Decided to remake this chapter since its been two years since this book was published, and looking back on this, This is honestly pretty cringe for me... So I just decided to make a remake of this chapter, I might honestly do another remakes on the early chapters as well.

I was looking over the edge of the bridge and I can see the water below, I can see the light reflecting from the moon, it looks pretty

Rin: "Wish I could've seen it with my parents."

Rin: "Mommy! Daddy! Can we play now?" I asked while tugging my mom's wrist

Mom: "Sure, after we're done eating lunch we can play all you want Rin." She says while patting my head

Rin: "Really! Yay! I get to play with mommy and daddy!" I was jumping around, excited to play with my parents, I rarely ever play with my family since they were busy with work, so Im glad I get to have this chance to spend time with them

Dad: "Our daughter sure is energetic isn't that right honey?" He says while chuckling at me, while I made a pouty face

Rin: "Of course I am! You two barely even come home to play with me!" I said while looking to the side

Mom: "Im sorry Rin, the two of us were busy at work, but we have the time to spend time with you now." She said while she hugged me, I always loved her warmth it makes me feel calm

*GRUMBLE*

Rin: "Ah..." I rubbed my belly, it needs food! I need food! I looked to my mother to see her smiling at me

Mom: "Looks like our little daughter is hungry dear, let's say we head to Matsuya?"

Rin: "Matsuya?!" It was my favourite Japanese restaurant place for me to eat, the food there is delicious!

Dad: "Seems like that riled her up, in any case, thats the great idea!" He says with a thumbs up

I get to spend time with my family and eat at Matsuya's?! This could be the best day ever! When we were walking I could finally see it

Rin: "There it is! Matsuya's!" I ran to the restaurant place thinking about what to eat, with my family.

Maybe I should get ramen, or maybe tariyaki? So many choices to eat! I was chuckling to myself

Dad: "Rin! Dont run too fast! Look where your going!"

I couldn't hear what my dad saying since I wasn't paying attention to them, so I just kept running forward

Honestly I wanted to slap myself at that time, How could I have been so stupid? When I was running I wasn't able to hear my parents voice.

Mom: "Rin slow down!"  Apparently I couldn't understand why they were shouting at the time, well I did until seconds later...

*HONK* *HONK*

Rin: "Huh? What was.." I looked to the side to see a truck going crash into me, I would've preferred if it was me that got hit, but life is just like that I guess...

"RIN!"  I was pushed out of the way and landed on the side of the road, it hurts. I think I scratched my elbow so it was bleeding a bit, but that nothing when I saw moments later...

Rin: "Ow.." I held my elbow to apply pressure the bleed until I looked back to find out what happened and it was horrible
