𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑺𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒅 𝑮𝒂𝒎𝒆 | 𝑨𝑼

🇬‌🇦‌🇲‌🇪‌ 4 🇬‌🇬‌🇦‌🇳‌🇧‌🇺‌

There was no bed to sleep on, they just stayed awake until they announced the 4th game. 

"Attention. The fourth game is about to begin. Please follow the staff's instructions and swiftly make your way towards the game hall." Woman on PA said. The guards leads the remaining players to the game hall. While they were walking up the stairs, they see dead bodies hanging. 

"Players, what you witness before you is what remains of those who broke the rules for their own benefit. They tainted the pure and fair ideology everything here has been built upon. Each and every one of you is considered an equal within the walls of the facility. You must be guaranteed the same opportunities without being disadvantaged or facing any kind of discrimination. We truly apologize for allowing such an unacceptable incident to occur." The masked manager said. Classical music proceeds to play in the background.  Everyone has arrived in the game hall. 

"Players, welcome to the fourth game. For this game, you will be playing in teams of two. Please look around and find someone you wish to play with. When two people agree to play together, shake hands to show you have become partners." Woman on PA said. Everyone started to look for a partner, they were roaming around desperately looking for a partner. 

"I call dibs on Eun!!" Chin said as she took out her hand to wait for Eun to shake her hand. 

"Uh, sure why not." Eun replied. The other members of the friend group are still looking for a partner. 

After 9 minutes passed, everyone has successfully found a partner. 

"The time for finding a partner is now over." Woman on PA announced. Everyone has arrived in the place where they are going to play. 

"Attention. All players,  please follow the staff to your designed positions for the game." Woman on PA announced again. Everyone followed the guards that they were supposed to follow. When they arrived to their places, they were given 1 bag each.

"There should be a set of ten marbles in each bag. Please check to confirm the number. In this game, using your set of ten marbles, you will play the game of choice with your partner. The player who manages to take all ten marbles from their partner wins." Woman on PA said. Chin and Eun looked at each other, they seem to be upset that one of them has to die and one of them will win. 

"Well, fuck... I guess one of us has to say goodbye." Chin said. 

"Don't say that, you're giving me anxiety." Eun replied to her. 

All of the players were figuring out on what game they will play. 

"So what game are we going to play Eun?" Chin asked. 

"I don't fucking know. I don't want one of us to die, so I'm thinking of a good game for both of us to win." Eun replied. 

All of the players are figuring out on what to play with their partners. Time was ticking so fast, there were a lot of gunshots firing. 

"Hey, Eun I thought of a game... what if we just throw the marbles, I don't what else to play so let's just throw." Chin said with her sparkling eyes. 

"Ok ok. Let's do it." Eun replied with a smile. 

Both of them started to throw the marbles until they reached their last one. Chin made Eun go first, Eun threw the marble as farther as she could. When It's Chin's turn, she threw the marble softer. 

"Chin, what the fuck was that throw. YOU'RE GONNA DIE." Eun shouted at Chin.

"Okay so? The world is cruel anyway, why would I want to stay if I'm just gonna be treated the same way like before. I'm scared of death but I can't stand the world anymore." Chin replied while tearing up. Eun checked her bag and its empty, it means.. Chin lost. 

"You're welcome by the way and also thank you, for being my friend." The last words of Chin. Eun closed her eyes while the gun shot fired.

"Player 099 has been eliminated. Player 023 has passed." Woman on PA announced. 

When Hae and the other friend group members heard the announcement, they teared up. They continued to play the game even though they are sad. A few minutes passed, most of the friend group had been eliminated. The winners went back to the room.

The friend group went from 14 to 7 people. They talked to each other in sad tones, they also started to plan on what probably the next game is, they to avenge the death of their friends. Eun and Hae kept quiet, they had no comments for the plan. 

"If only I was your partner, I'd let you win." Hae whispered to herself. 

"Hae? Did you say something?" Eui asked. 

"Nothing." Hae replied in a cold tone. 

"So what do we do now. We still don't have a hint about the next game." Won said. 

"Actually there is a clue, look at those walls you'll see those drawings. They all look like the games we had played already." Kwang replied. 

"Wait, oh yeah! I see now." Myung said. 

They kept on planning on what the next game could be. They all started to slowly find out on what the game is next. What do you think it is? Do you think that Sun Kwang is correct?
