My Little Princess | Furuya Rei x Reader

Prologue

World-famous actress and model, Kudou Arina, exited the airplane. She wore a long black dress, with a black bucket hat, and large black shades, in order to disguise herself. She was elated to be back in Japan, her home, after such a long time.

'I've been to so many places for work in the past three years, Paris, Monte Carlo, London, but there's really no place like home!' she thought to herself.

She passed through immigration and picked up her luggage, then headed to the meeting spot which her brother, Shinichi, texted her to go to. Among the crowd, she spotted an adorable little child next to a very handsome man.

'Woah, so onii-chan really did....shrink, creepy. But he's so adorable! And the man next to him must be Akai-san, AKA Subaru-san! He's just as cool as I imagined!' she thought, as she ran towards them as fast as she could, together with her suitcases.

"I can't believe Yusaku-ojisan and Yukiko-obasan allowed this."
Conan glared at his little sister Arina, who crouched down and hugged him. Though he was furious at his parents for allowing her to come despite the dangers, he was glad to be reunited with his dear little sister after so many years.

'It's only been three years, yet she's gotten so much prettier, and seems a bit more mature,' thought Conan to himself with a smile.

Though Conan was pretty sure Akai had already discovered that he's actually Kudou Shinichi, he still tried to keep up his facade in front of him, just in case.

"It's been so long onii-er Conan-kun! I really missed you!" exclaimed Arina, on the verge of tears.

"Don't be so dramatic, we talk on the phone like every other day," said Conan, embarrassed.

"Yeah but phone calls are just phone calls!" she said.

"Anyway, Arina-neechan, this is Okiya Subaru-san. Subaru-san, this is Kudou Arina-neechan," said Conan.

"It's nice to meet you, Arina-san. I've heard a lot about you from your mother," said Subaru.

"It's nice to meet you too, Subaru-san! I'll be in your care," said Arina, giving Subaru a slight curtsy, earning a sweatdrop from Conan.

'There it is, my eccentric little sister,' thought Conan to himself with a playful sigh.

Arina then crouched down and whispered to Conan, "Dad assigned Subaru-san to be my bodyguard, I am a famous actress now, after all."

"I see," said Conan.

Subaru helped Arina with her suitcases, then the three of them headed to the car. After loading the suitcases into the trunk, they headed off. Conan sat shotgun, while Arina sat in the back.

"By the way Rina, why are you wearing black? I thought you hated wearing it," said Conan.

"It's part of my disguise! I've mentioned that I don't like wearing black clothing in a couple of interviews before, so no one would expect me to wear it," said Arina.

"Your outfit screams 'movie star' though," Conan sighed.

"Well even if I look suspicious, people wouldn't just come up to me and ask me to take off my hat and sunglasses, so still, no one would know that it's me!"

"Sure, sure," sighed Conan

"You two seem very close, almost like siblings," Subaru chuckled, while Conan and Arina nervously laughed.

After a long drive, they finally arrived at the Kudou residence. They had dinner, then Arina fixed her things and settled in. Conan, who was supposed to stay the night at Agasa-hakase's ended up in a sleeping bag in Arina's room, and the two twins spent the night catching up before finally falling asleep.
