Expect The Unexpected

Autumn POV:

" Autumn are you ready, we have to get going." my moms voice bellowed through the house.
    " im coming, I cant find my charger." i say while throwing my stuff all over my room rummaging through my stuff in hopes of finding my charger. " Autumn, sweetie your charger is on the kitchen counter, aswell as your ipad." my mom says with a laugh. Well theres that.
    I make my way down the stairs carrying my luggage. I feel the buzz of my phone when I reach the bottom of the stairs. When I look down at my phone I see the notifacation from my dearest boyfriend who seems to not believe me when I told him I was leaving for florida today.

Alex  - I know your not going to florida, this is some sick excuse to sleep with a guy. its what your known for.
  
    A feeling of sadness washes over reading the last part of my boyfriends text. The sound of my moms voice brings me back.
"Autumn if you dont get you and your luggage into that car i'm leaving you here."
    love you too mom. I grab my luggage and walk out the door thinking about how im supposed to reply to Alex. My train of thought gets interupted when I feel my body crash into another sending my phone flying into the yard luckily landing  into the grass.
   I look up to find the one and only Greyson Sterling. " why are you here" I say with annoyance. " woah don't sound so excited to see me, pumpkin." he says with sarcasm lacing his voice. " I told you to stop calling me that, now answer my question." I stated, this dude really gets on my nerves I dont get how anyone can stand to be near him. Definitly not talking about any of greysons wannabe girlfriends. I'm being sarcastic if you didn't catch that.
     " haven't you heard, this trip isnt just you and your mom, it's me, you, my mom and your mom." Greyson says almost like he is excited to annoy me this whole summer.
" you have got to be kidding me" I mumbled quickly but not quiet enough since you could hear Greyson chuckle from a distance.   
    Before getting into the car I finally thought of what to send back to Alex.

   ME - im sorry that you dont believe me, i promise you I am going to Florida. I will text you when I arrive at the airport and when I land, Love You.

   I shut my phone off and make my way to the car. Getting ready for a long car ride. I make my way into the car getting myself settled in. I suddenly feel a tap on my shoulder, I look over to see Greyson.
" Do you have any snacks, im hungry" the whining of his voice filling the silence in the car.
    I reach over into my bag and hand Greyson a bag of Lays potato chips. "thanks pumpkin." Greyson says emphasizing the pumpkin. I roll my eyes at the nickname and look back out the window. Five minutes later both our parents make their way to the car and we start to drive to the aiport.
