When you were a baby,

your flesh was bread dough, cushioning you from harm

As you grew,

your skin stretched but your insides remained uncooked and soft

The older you became,

the more callous you were to the world, yet warmer still inside

And through your spaces, your air bubbles,

your personality peeks out like a shy animal, leaking out through your pores and

Lighting the world around you.

Never doubt that you leave golden footsteps.
