"heyyyy *nickname*" vinnie yells walking into my bedroom with a bag from target

"what'd you bring me" i ask laughing

"some snacks" he says giving me a wink

vinnie and i are best friends but we're way closer then that, we're always all over each other, i'm always sitting in his lap, or we're always cuddling.

"my favorites?" i ask

"no, circus peanuts, yes dumbass"

"shut up" i say laughing "what do you wanna watch?" i ask, tonight is our movie night

"mmm, titanic"

"seriously, i didn't know you liked that movie"

"uh duh who wouldn't"

"i don't know, dumbass's i guess"

"exactly"

he crawls into my bed and he wraps his arms around my waist brining me closer into him, i put my leg over his legs and my head on his chest, i look up at him and realize, i'm in love with him

"what are you staring at? do i have something on my face?" he says, i didn't realize how long i was looking at him

"oh um nothing sorry"

he just laughs and looks back at the tv, i sit up and look at him

"vinnie?"

"hmm"

"um, i think i-i'm in love you with you" i whisper

his eyes widen and he just looks sad

"yes vinnie?"

"i'm sorry, but i only like you as my best friend" he says sitting up

"o-oh" i say as my stomach drops

"i'm sorry" he says looking upset

"well, how can you be all over me and not like me, how does that even make sense" i say with a fake smile type of thing (idk what it's called lmao)

"i just don't y/n i'm sorry"

tears roll down my cheeks and he just looks at me

"i should go" he says after a long pause

"yeah" i whisper
