Mina Ashido: Mina would probably come up with a plan, she would plan something like play spin the bottle, or seven minutes in heaven, or etc. But she would see your reaction to whatever happens and Mina would go from there. Once she can tell if you like her, than she would confess her feelings. You say yes, and Mina immediately kisses you all over your face.
Ochako Ururaka: It would take a long time for her to confess, so you might be the one to do so. You wrote her a note and signed your name, you slide it under Ururaka's dorm door. Ururaka happens to walk out when you are doing this, and she reads the letter you gave her. Ururaka blushes a bunch while stuttering. When you ask if she wants to be your girlfriend, she screams yes. She than apologized and lowered her voice to say yes again.
Tsuyu Asui: Someone else would probably tell you about Tsuyu's feelings accidentally. Once that happened you would get the motivation to ask Tsuyu to date you. When you ask her she gets pretty flustered but tries to keep a straight face. Tsuyu would end up saying yes to being your girlfriend.
Kyouka Jirou: Jirou would be scared to ask you, she isn't sure if you even like girls or not, not to even mention you might not like her like that. Jirou made a short song of her love for you and showed it to you. You caught on and asked if it was for you, she hesitantly said yes and you smiled. You hugged her and said you feel the same way, she smiled as well.
Momo Yaoyorozu: Momo couldn't even begin on how much she loves you, and telling you seemed like the worst idea ever. Momo wrote a love letter for you and you immediately recognized the handwriting. You confronted her and she admitted that she wrote that letter. You confess your feelings too and Momo turns pink. Momo would be teary eyed and hug you.
Toru Hagakure: She would be upfront about it and just confess to your face. Toru said she understood if you don't like her because she is invisible, but you hugged her and found her cheek. You kissed her cheek and Toru squealed, Toru than starts throwing kisses all over your face.
