✼ Feminine health relates to the wellbeing of your vagina. It is very essential because the discomfort that comes with an unhappy vagina can be LETHAL.The first thing we'll dive into is (Yeast infections)
✼ What are yeast infections?
For any of my younger readers, or for women who just generally don't know, a yeast infection is a very, very normal thing. Nothing is 'wrong' with you, and it doesn't mean that you are dirty, unclean, or unpleasant. All it means is that there's a surplus of bacteria (candida) growing in your vagina.
Now this bacteria is already in your body, it's there and it's doing it's thing, it's normal.
The problem begins when it MULTIPLIES.
✼ What causes the overgrowth (yeast infection)?
When there is a change in the candida's environment, this will cause it to multiply. For example, your PH balance. This is how acidic or alkaline the environment is. If your PH balance is thrown off, this can lead to a Yeast infection.
Here are some causes:
★ Unprotected Sex: If you aren't with a stable partner and even then, on birth control, I wouldn't recommend having unprotected sex, not just because of pregnancy, but because semen/sperm can throw off your PH Balance. If you don't know what you're partner is eating regularly, if you don't know if he/she/they/them etc., is taking care of themselves, then DON'T HAVE UNPROTECTED SEX.
★ Pools/ Chlorinated water: When you get out of the pool, remove your swimsuit/bikini bottom IMMEDIATELY. That area is moist and crawling with whatever bacteria which was in the pool, as well as the chlorine. Take it off, and take a shower, or at least take care of your intimate area. Rinse it out, and keep it dry.
★ ANTIBIOTICS: Babes, antibiotic CAUSES yeast infections, yet they give it to you to solve them, and then you wonder why it keeps coming back. The math isn't mathing.
★ Pregnancy, diabetes, and hormonal imbalances can also cause diabetes.
★ Douching: You do not need to put anything up your vagina. It isn't supposed to smell like rosewater. You are upsetting it! That's all I'll say.
★ A High Sugar diet
✼Now, Let's self-diagnose.

A big tell-tale sign is a thick, white substance that comes from your vagina. Please do not mistake DISCHARGE, for Yeast. If it's yeast, trust me, you'll know.
Is there itching and burning?
Towards the opening of your vagina is there this uncontrollable itch? Is there a burning sensation that doesn't go away no matter what you do? There's definitely something going on, and more than likely it's a yeast infection. Even if you are still unsure, don't fret, the solution I'll provide will help you out even if it ISN'T a yeast infection and I've experience ZERO side effects.
