She scoffed flipping the card over and over again as she poured cat food for Yoshi. "I don't look that desperate do I?". She threw the card into the red and gold tin box. "I don't need to take part in any kinda of pyramid scheme he's signing me up for to make money. My methods have been working for 5 months why would that need to change now".

She walked the convenience store down the street, Yoshi following closely behind at her feet. She was hoping to find a bag of chips she could eat or maybe an apple or two.  Unfortunately the store was closed for matinence and she couldn't get another train ticket if she wanted to eat in two days.  Would she even have enough to pay rent?

Fuck.

She collapsed the ground in front of the convenience store. She can't keep living like this, she wanted so desperately to get into the university of Seoul, she wanted to become a doctor, open a hospital. But instead she was kicked out at 16. She was able to live with her uncle, though he never had much money himself he was always able to provide for her and Yoshi, until he mysteriously  disappeared. Leaving her with the apartment and 500k won.

She pulled the door of her apartment open allowing Yoshi to stroll in. She sighed, stalking over to the kitchen, pulling open the drawer and opening the red and gold tin.

"Hello, who's calling?" "I was given a card at the train station" "State your name and date of birth" She hesitated, "Tanaka Aiko, November 3, 2002". The person on the other line paused. It was about a minute until they spoke again

"Please wait outside your apartment complex at midnight, a car will pick you up, the code is red light, green light" She didn't bother questioning how they know that. It was already 11:54.
