There was no other words that Marshall could use to describe you other than utterly perfect. The night had been filled with fun jamming sessions and movie watching but before the movie had even finished, you had already fallen asleep in the arms of the Vampire King.
He floated above the lumpy couch he never used and that you refused to sit on, brushing your hair absently as the movie neared it's end. He wasn't interested in the movie anymore. His interest was focused on you. The warmth he felt coming from you as you breathed gently on top of him, your silky (hair color) hair that was always softed on his fingers when he brushed it, the color of your skin that was ever so fragile to him.
He couldn't imagine living in a world without you. Aaa would be a boring a dull place without you around. You were brave, caring and kind but you would beat the glob out of someone if you needed to. You came into Marshall's life by complete accident and sometimes he wondered how he used to live without you. You filled up the void in his life and he liked to think he did the same for you. It took a while for you two to get together because he was too much of a wimp to admit his feelings for you but as soon as he gathered up the courage to do so, his life changed forever.
"You always do this," He chuckled softly as he turned off the television and carefully started to float up to his room. "Sometimes I think you do it on purporse, love. So that you won't have to walk up the stairs."
He didn't recieve a reply from you, obviously. You were asleep. But as he placed you down lightly on the bed and brushed some of the hair away from your face.
Again he lost himself staring at your wholly perfection. Sighing, he brought the blanket up to your shoulders and tucked you in; not wanting for you to get cold during the night. After he was sure you were comfortable, he silently floated downstairs and grabbed his ax-guitar and begins to strum it.
"My little girl
So perfect in every way
You make my unbeating heart
Want to beat and my guitar to play
You crashed into my world, my adorable little girl."
He sang and continued.
"So beautiful
You out shine the stars tonight
You make me sing songs
Throughout the entire night
What have you done to my world, my adorable little girl."
Having been so caught up in his song, he hadn't notice that you had quietly walked down the stairs with his favorite red blanket wrapped around your shoulders. Once he left you had missed his warmth and decided to go downstairs to get him and maybe a glass of water, only to find him singing a song about you. Grinning, you decided to sing along.
"Bad little boy
Always making my heart melt
Since the first time that I saw you
It was love that I felt
Time can pass but to me you'll always be, my bad little boy." You sang, causing him to turn to you calmly and smirk at you.
One of the many things that attracted you to him had been your amazing voice. From the first time that he heard you sing in the woods when you had been on an adventure with Fionna and Cake, he had been drawn to you as if you were a siren and he were an unsuspecting sailor. Placing his ax-guitar on the corner where it always sat, he floated down towards you and pulled you close to him.
