Future = Simple, Complex or even Death per se

Aru kept her eyes closed shuddering at the feeling of warm liquid on her face, more like, his liquid on her face, "Now that was unexpected... Did I stink that much that you had to shower me with your saliva?" She mumbled with irritation laced in her tone.

At last! Taehyung had managed to get through her childish act and annoy her, just like she was annoying him. A smirk appeared on Taehyung's face as completely forgot about the reason to spit on her.

A smile of amusement which was rarely on his face, was now there, he smiled in amusement as he watched her struggle to walk around her room with eyes closed mumbling angrily, and to enjoy the view, he slowly leaned against on of the tables in her room.

A sigh leaves his mouth as he stares at the time on his wrist watch, looks like his presence in the house was overtime and it's time to part Aru- more like time to kill the girl. Pulling out a syringe from his pocket he moved his leg to step forward when the sound of shattering echoed in the room.

He immediately looked down beside him to see a vase shattered thanks to his leg, "Wow dude, I thought you wanted to kill me, why kill my vase?" She chuckled as she said that while bumping into a wall, "Oops! By the way, don't you think this is the perfect opportunity to kill me?"

Even though he wanted to answer her right now, he noticed something way more intriguing, there was a red button where vase once stood, 'What the heck? Is this some kind of secret passage? Or a bomb built in here?' With curiosity fuelling his thoughts right now, thousands of future possibilities dashed in his mind.

As cautiously as he could, put his right leg just in front of the red button to take a closer look, but then he felt the ground beneath his right leg move, immediately pulling his leg back, he stared at the spot on the ground and crouched down to it.

Gently placing his fingers on the spot, he took the risk to apply some pressure, but little did he knew that his 'gentle' push completely activated the actual button beneath the carpet, and boom! Voila! Secret Doors open! Secret chambers of Aladdin and the lamp appear!

Just kidding, but that doesn't mean the doors didn't open, the secret doors indeed had opened, and all the stuff inside was rather way more worthier than gold or the jewelry of the cave from Aladdin.

Taking steady and alert steps inside the the other room attached to this, his eyes roam around the room as his brain digested everything that is happening.

Every article present in the room had this golden-ish tinge to it due to the magnificent chandeliers hanging above, it looked like a library from the past with wooden furniture filled with books and everything around looking like a stage out of a old movie scene.

Taehyung was cautious though, super cautious as his brain tried to think of any possible way traps can come out of somewhere as his eyes assisted his search for potential things that can get him caught.

But as he proceeded to look around, his steps became more casual as he walked, glancing at every piece of paper scattered around. But! One thing there, one specific photo he saw, changed his state of mind completely.

He ran towards that photo, removed the pin that pinned it to the board and gripped it in his hands before pushing it against his chest and hugging the photo,

If you have guessed, yes, it is the photo of his parents,

And the only thought running through is mind right now was that how did she have their photo?

Was she seriously also a part of her father's murders?

Did she kill his parents?

But amongst all of this, Taehyung didn't know one basic thing about this room.

And I believe, assumptions are the core reasons of misunderstandings, misapprehensions.

And his mistake here was to assume that this room belongs to Aru.

Look what it led him to, now he thinks that she's a part of her father's crimes.

All of your, Taehyung's, Aru's or even my future depends on the actions executed by us now, it depends partially on our luck, and wholly on our actions and reactions during any scenario in our respective lives, so beware of your actions or else you won't know what your future reality will hold.

What will happen next in his life, all depends on what happens now, just like when he was a kid, this is like a turning point in his life, when his current actions are going to lead him to a specific reality where the series of events either hold his life being simpler than earlier, complex as ever, or even being dead per se.

With the photo tightly held in his hand, he marches out of the room with an angry expression carved on his face, ready to demand an explanation to the girl outside, wanting to know 'Why did she help her father?' rather than 'What is all this?'

As he took a step out of the secret doors, they closed on their own, but as he looked around to find Aru-

*Bam*

Taking in the blow from the vase that hit him on his head, he fell unconscious right in front of her.

Well, looks like his current actions just screamed-

'Complex as ever'

Let's just hope for him, yeah?
