"Nicole are you up" Sha walked into Nicole's room to see Nicole in a suit "you have a meeting today or something" Nicole nodded "yeah your transfer" Nicole was angry she has had no sleep and she probably won't even get to see Waverly today because she has to deal with her ex's paperwork
"Nicole I'm sorry" Nicole went to wake up Ronin he was staying with Nicole's friend "Nicole please" she packed Ronin a bag having to carry him to the car as he was still half asleep
They made it to the hospital after dropping Ronin of at her friends place "you ready" Sha nodded before entering the hospital
"DOCTOR HAUGHT WE NEED DOCTOR HAUGHT" Wynonna was screaming at the top of her lungs "hey sergeant Earp what's going on" Wynonna ran to Nicole's side "it's Waverly she has been in a crash" Nicole ran after Wynonna who was now running to Waverly's room
The sight of Waverly made Nicole go faint she felt sick "WAVERLY" everything went black the next thing Nicole remember is waking up next to Waverly they was in the same room and she didn't know why "Nicole your awake finally I have been talking to myself for a while" Nicole was so confused what was going on "how long" Waverly sat next to Nicole "10 years Ronin has been staying with me and Sha is gone she signed the divorce papers and left" Waverly kissed Nicole before moving back "we can be together now we can be a family"
Nicole started to have a seizure making her wake from her coma. (Not to worry it wasn't very long and luckily Waverly wasn't seriously hurt)
"NICOLE YOU HAVE TO LET ME SEE NICOLE PLEASE" what was going on she could hear Waverly and Sha crying Wynonna was doing CPR on her when she was finally awake "SHES AWAKE GET A DOCTOR HERE NOW" Wynonna shouted "Wynonna your a doctor" Nicole whispered "I trust you"
"Get her into a room now we will be taking test in about 30 minutes prep her" Wynonna left the room going to get the equipment she needed "ok Dr Haught we're gonna have to undress you is that ok" Nicole jumped up shacking her head "no you can't I need to fine Waverly I need her" just in that second Waverly and Sha came running in at the same time "Waverly are you ok I'm sorry I'm so sorry I should have told you and" Nicole was stopped with waverlys lips on hers
"I like you Nicole a lot and you are brilliant in bed but you should really try this with Sha she loves you so much and she loves that kid of yours. She went all the way to your friends just so he could see you" Nicole could hold back her tears she really didn't want Sha she wanted Waverly "WAVERLY YOU DONT UNDERSTAND SHE TOOK HER DADS SIDE SHE DIDNT BELIEVE ME AND IF I GOT A DIVORCE WITH HER SHE WAS GONNA PUT A RESTRAINING ORDER ON MY SON" Waverly was shocked by this new information
"You lied to me you bitch I was about to give up my chance of being happy for you how dare you" Waverly was now crying and smacking Sha "stop. Waverly please stop. STOP" Waverly was crying her eyes out falling to the floor. Nicole jumped up and caught Waverly in her arms "it's ok" Waverly looked up into Nicole's eyes "I'm so sorry Nicole if I had known I would have. I'm so sorry I hate that you had to go through something like that all I want to do is make you happy but I don't know how I don't even know what happy is at the moment"
Nicole's heart broke again and again that day and the only thing that was keeping her from falling apart was her baby boy "waves I want to get full custody of Ronin and I want you to be my legal partner. He is still young so if you say yes he will think you was always there. Waverly Earp we are meant to be together and I know that if I could have anyone to help me raise my baby I would chose you" Waverly stood taking Nicole's hand "Nicole I would be pleased to help you with Ronin Haught"
Nicole and Waverly was aloud to go home for the rest of the day Waverly was on leave for a week or two and Nicole promised she would be back the next day no matter what
Wynonna sat on one of the beds in the hall where her and her friends sit "so much has happed I mean last time I was with waves I was dancing and everything was ok she was away for less then a day and she no longer needed me you know" Henry sat with Wynonna he didn't know much about feeling but to be honest nether did she they were the type of people who held there feeling until they was alone "well my darling I think that Waverly is really in love with Dr Haught and you need to trust her with your baby sister because if you don't I will have to for the both of us" they held each other for about a minute before they went back to work
