Chance and Hopes

Men...are not all equal at birth.

This is a fact I realized when i was four. And then... I knew... my first and last great discouragement.

It all began in the town of Qing Qing, China. One day, they announced the birth of a "luminescent" baby! Then, the "paranormal" was declared everywhere... time passed... and we could not explain the cause of these phenomena. Very quickly the "paranormal" became "normal"...and "dreams"... became "reality"!!!!

Current society is composed of supermen, and about 80% of the world population has "a unique physical constituion!" Disorder swirled around the world! It is in these circumstances that the profession that everyone has dreamed of... came under the spotlight!

"Wow! This villian is huge! Right (y/n)-chan?" A short boy witn spiky green hair called out.

"Yea!" (y/n) stated. "He's huge!" Their eyes start beaming.

"GO AWAY EEEEEN!" The villian shouted with his big mouth.

"It must be really impressive "individuality" to be able to transform into a monster. What's wrong?"

"Oh, it's just a handbag theif acting violently now that his back's against the wall."

"Uh, a villian appeared... and thus trains are stopped... yes, I do not know when I'll arrive at the office..."

"Kyaaa~! Do your best Kamui~!"

These were the sounds you could hear while watching the battle take place.

"Shoot~ Shoot~" The green haired kid plead as he made his way through the crowd.

"This sure is a exciting!" (y/n) then turned her head expecting to see her friend but instead was met with a blank stareing kid. Slowly realizing her friend left her behind anger starts to form deep within her. Waiting to just burst out.

They were now fourteen year olds and she knows they dont have to keep watching each other but... she couldn't help it. Her best friend was to nice and would help anybody then ends up getting hurt. Pushing though the crowd she finnaly found her troublesome friend. He was smiling brighty watching the battle closely.

"Who's fighting?" He asked no one in particular.

"You used your skills for illegal purposes when people are going to work, and you have committed a theft resulting in injury. You're really evil incarnate." The superhero stated as if to draw attention to him.

"This is the "KAMUI WOODS"! He is a young talented experiencing a surge of popularity!"

"Hey, you know a lot about him! You wouldn't be... A FAN...?!" A random dude saided to Midoriya.

"Ah, no..."

"If I didn't know you I would've thought the same thing." (y/n) said stating her presence.

"WHERE DID YOU COME FROM!" Her best friend yelled.

A tick mark grew as her anger rised. "More like... WHERE THE HELL DID YOU GO HUH! Leaveing me like that. Tch~! And Sec-"

"This is your punishment." Kamui interrupted her.

"Show us some big moves, Woodman!"

"Ah! Here it is, the famous "Absolute preemitive confinement...""

The two ignored her only causeing her irritation to grow.

"Lacquered Chains Prison" He yelled, but before the attack could be placed fully a new hero came out of no where."

"Canon Canyon!" She yelled as she kicked the theif.

People were shocked and the news were already there to capture the moment.

"I just started today! I'm called Mount Lady!! Pleased to make your acquaintance!"

"Titan's transformation, huh...? It is true that it is quite popular and it's really a great "individuality" but when you consider the damage caused to the city, can you fear a bad cost-benefit ratio and limitations of use to come? No... it might depend on weather she can grow at will or not." Midoriya went rambleing on while writing in his tiny notebook.

"Hey hey, you also take notes!! You think of becoming a hero, no?! It's good, continue and give everything you got!!"

"YES!! I will do my best!" (y/n) couldn't help but let her irritation fade. A huge smile invaded her face as she saw her best friend so happy. His eyes shined with hope.

As the number of "paranormal" phenomemon grows up, the number of crime exploded like wildfire. And when the goverment were bound hand and feet by lawsthat restricted radical revisions of any reaction... courageous people... and character traits of american comics went into action.

They kept an eye on the "paranormal" and defended the people of bad intentions! Very quickly, under the leadership of public opinion, the hero, after acquiring specific civil rights, saw their professional activities officially recoginized.

To reward them for their efforts... they recieve their salary directly from the state and they were acclaimed by the crowds!!
