( THE POEM. )

(y/n)'s pov

"(y/n) come on," me and sadie sat down on her couch, as sadie pulled out a small envelope.

"what is it?" i ask. she takes a small, crumpled paper out of the envelope and hands it to me. i unfold it and start reading.

(y/n), your (e/c) eyes sparkle in the sun. even on a cloudy day, there's a sparkle, one that won't go away.

your (h/c) hair glows, just like your personality, smile, and all of your beautiful features.

you're always smiling, even when you're angry, even if you're hungry, even if you're sad.

you always manage to put a smile on my face, you always brighten my day when i get to see you. your enthusiasm inspires me, i feel free when i'm with you.

that, (y/n) is why i love you.

i stared in awe at the message. i hug sadie and she tucks a piece of hair behind my ear before i whisper something into her ear:

"i love you too."
