"What song do you wanna listen to next Fin?" You asked your best friend Finland. He was your best friend, but you totally had a huge crush on him. But you too afraid to tell him cause you weren't sure if he liked you back, and if he friend zoned you you knew it would just make your friendship awkward.

"Hmmmmm.............how about this one?" He messed with his phone a bit which was connected to the car radio. The song he played was a metal cover of Ievan Polkka.

"Of course you would choose this, it's so you!!!!!!" You both laughed and began jamming out to the song. You had been on the road for what felt like forever now..........and where Finland was taking you.............you had no idea. He told you he was taking you out on a "surprise trip" and it would take a few hours to get there, but he refused to tell you exactly where that was. He just told you it was a surprise.

You stared out the car window and noticed mountains in the distance. It was the middle of winter so the gust of wind was so cold it burned. The trees were covered in snow, it looked like you were in a winter wonderland. It began to snow a little, just a light flurry.

"Well good news y/n we're almost there!!!!" he told you.

"Yay finally!!!!!!!" you cheered as he pulled his car over to..............the middle of the woods?!?!?" You were a bit confused. "Wait, where are we?"

"We just have to do a bit of walking...........down that trail!!!!" He pointed to a trail leading into the woods.

"Ugh it's you're kidding, it's freezing!!!!!" You groaned as you put your winter hat and gloves on.

"Oh come on n/n it's not that far!!!" Finland grabbed your hand and led you down the trail. You blushed as you realized he was now holding your hand.

You two joked around with each other for what felt like forever.

"Aaaaaaaaand we're here!!!!!!" you arrived to some sort of log cabin.

"Who's house is this?????" you asked, a bit confused.

"It's ours!!!! I rented it out for the night!!!!!" he answered.

Your jaw just dropped. He did................what!??!?!??! This almost seemed like more of a thing a couple would do, not two friends. He noticed the look he had on your face.

"You don't like it huh..............." he sighed, looking very disappointed.

"No!!! It's great!!!!! I love it!!!!!!" you reassured him. "I'm just surprised you would do such a thing!!!!" You both laughed and you entered the house. It had a nice Persian rug underneath a wooden table, a fireplace, and a couch with.............was that a wolf hide blanket????

"Wow, this is awesome!!!!!" you gasped as you felt your hand over the blanket. You opened the door to the bedroom and noticed it had a fairly large bed covered in a decorative quilt............but it was just one bed. Wait...............does that mean!?!?!?! You blushed at the thought of having to share a bed with Finland.

"Yeah..............there's only one bed." he answered as if reading your mind. "But I mean we're pretty close, so............" you wrapped your arm around your face to try to hide your blush. Was he hinting at something???? Nah, you're probably just overthinking it. Friends can sleep in the same bed together.............right?????

After a bit more looking around in the cabin you went outside. You noticed there was a fire pit, which was empty.

"Hey wanna help me build a fire???" Finland asked you.

"Uhhhh sure!!!!!" you answered. He picked up two hatchets from the side of the cabin and gave one to you. You two began hacking at a couple of small trees that were nearby and then cutting them into smaller pieces once they fell. You picked up the pieces of wood and brought them over to the fire pit. Finland pulled some of the pine needles off of one of the branches.
