Trey pulls over rools window down and a female cop walks up to the window

Officer Lisa- Yes Mr You were just on the phone while you were driving and your seat belt is not on and you also passed a red light and you were goin 10miles over the speed limit so can i have your licenses and may you please step out the car and put your hands on the hood of the car

Trey gets in the car and checks his phone and looks at the time and sees that he miss the party and that Yn texted him that she took a cab there and wanted to know where he was at so he called her
