Chapter Ten: Aftermath

"Why is this not going as I planned?!" Tomura asks annoyed while scratching his neck. "We're not going to be able to kill All Might like this!!" Tomura says, panicking slightly. "Calm yourself Tomura, look at the damage All Might took, he's worn out and caught off guard. We can still kill him. I assure you, we just need to distract our "friend" over there." Just in that moment, Izuku uses his quirk, breaks his legs and launches himself to protect All Might. A portal forms in front of Izuku's face and Tomura's hand comes out to grab his face, but Tomura is then shot in the shoulder and he recoils from the pain. Another gun shot goes off. "IT'S THE PRO HEROES!!!" The class exclaims as they look back and see Tenya with backup. The pro heroes finish up defeating the grunts that are left, while Snipe shoots Tomura a few more times. Kurogiri tries to open up w portal, but is slowed down by Thirteen's quirk. They eventually managed to escape however. Just as Snipe was about to shoot at Kirisaki, Aizawa stops him. "That's a student Snipe, calm down." He looks at him bewildered. "You're kiddin', look at him. He doesn't look like a student nor any hero aspirin kid I've ever seen." Snipe comments. A few others nod and agree. "He's my student none the less." Aizawa glares. "No one do anything rash please." A calm voice asks behind them. They all look back to see two people who just spoke, a woman and a man with glasses. "And who might you be?" Snipe asks skeptically. "We're Kirisaki Jakku's guardians. I'm Anzen and this is Anne." Anzen replies while readjusting his glasses. "You have a lot to explain." Aizawa says with a very serous and scarry tone. "Yeah...we know." Anne replies shakily while smiling nervously. "But that can wait, we need you all to get away from Jakku, now." There's a serious tone in Anzen's voice. It wasn't a suggestion, it was an order. "Who do you think you're talking to??" One of the heroes replies angrily "A pile of corpses in a moment, each hero that's fast and light on their feet, could you please get every student and the injured, away from Jakku, Immediately." Kyoka, Denki and Momo regroup with the class. "Wh-what's going on?" Kyoka asks. "Nothing, if this is handled properly, now please! Those people's lives could be at risk!" Aizawa looks at Anzen. "How about i just deactivate his quirk?" Anne shakes her head violently. Anzen begins. "Because it wouldn't work, you'd only deactivate one of his quirks. If he senses someone deactivates one, he'll see it as a threat." Mina walks up. "W-what? Jakku would never hurt us!" Anne looks at her sympathetically. "I know he wouldn't...but he's not "himself" at the moment..." Fumikage jumps in. "What do you mean by that?" Anzen readjusts his glasses. "The downside to having so many powerful quirks, at least the most worrying one, is that he starts to go mentally insane after he reaches a curtain limit." Mina and Kyoka cover the mouths. "You heard 'em! Get those kids and injured out of there!!" Snipe demands.

With the help of a few heroes, everyone is now a safe distance away from Kirisaki. The only ones still in a hazardous area are Anzen, Anne, Aizawa and All Might. Anzen notices the Nomu that Kirisaki is currently standing on and makes sure that Anne take notice of it, her expression turns to a much more serious one. "What now?" Aizawa asks. "Luckily for us, he isn't exactly bloodlusted. Only close to the brink of absolutely losing his mind." Aizawa looks at him skeptically. "That's considered being lucky?" They both nod. "This is probably one of the better situations that could've happened." Anne chuckles nervously. "So." Anzen continues. "We have to calm him down." Aizawa looks at Kirisaki. "How do we do that?" Anne climbs down with a backpack. Which shocks All Might and Aizawa. "There are plenty of ways to do it, most are considered unethical, inhumane or a little harsh, especially for a child at his age." All Might looks in horror when he comes to terms that Kirisaki mostly caused all this destruction. "But?" Anzen readjusts his glasses. "But, since this is one of the better situations, we can go with the less extreme methods." Just as Anzen says this Anne reaches Kirisaki. "Should she really be so close to that villain like that??" All Might asks in a concerned manner. "It's completely safe. Nomus are completely helpless and harmless without their masters to give them orders." They both look at him. "Nomus? There are more? How do you know that?" They see in the distance, Anne cautiously leads Kirisaki away from Nomu. "Yes, there are plenty more. I'll answer your second question later in a more private location." Anne sits down on her knees and gestures him to sit down too. Which he does with a heavy thud. She then takes out a pink packet out of her backpack and hands him a handful of pink and white things inside it, which he takes and eats instantly. "What are those?" All Might asks. "Marshmallows." Anzen says plainly. "What." All Might and Aizawa ask in unison with blank expressions. "It's a soft sweet, comes in pink and white, sometimes blue and-" All Might interjects. "We are aware, we wanted to know why?" Anzen rolls his eyes. "If you were more patient...anyways, it's the first sweet he ever had and his favorite. It helps calm him down and it's a good way to reward him or just get him to shut up." Aizawa takes note of that last part. "You have anymore?" Anzen hands him a packet, that was in his lab coat, which Aizawa takes and hides in his scarf. They see Kirisaki slowly revert back to his human form. Anne can be seen smiling in the distance and gives him the packet. Which makes him, visibly, very happy.
