Never ending

Noises flutter around Jaemin. Voices can be heard whispering,  and there is a quiet beeping noise. Jaemin stirs. 

Blinking slowly, I see the bright, white lights of the hospital above me. Looking around, I see my mother holding my hand, looking anxiously at me while biting her lip, and my father cradling his head in his hands by her side. "Eomma? Appa?" I say weakly. She squeezed my hand tightly.  "Oh baby, you're awake! Yes, eomma and appa are here. Eomma was so worried about you, why didn't you tell us?" Confused, I try to sit up. Slowly, I see my arms wrapped in bandages, and I look around wildly. "What happened?" I ask. They share a uncertain look before answering. "Min-ah", you tried to commit suicide." I froze, blinking at them. "I what now?? Last time I checked I was third wheeling renhyuck and on my way home. Why am I in the hospital? Are you lying to me?" My father sighs, and starts. "Honey, the doctor seems to be right. He suffered some brain damage and lost his memories in places." Now I'm confused. Me, loose memory? "Don't worry son, we'll help you!" He continues. "I'm just glad you're okay."

Jaemin sits on his bed and pushes his hair back. Sighing, he decides to text his friends to find out what happened. 

Nana 🐰: Hey Chenle, do you know what happened to me? Why was I in the hospital?

BabyDolphinieee 🐬: Hi hyung!

BabyDolphinieee 🐬: WAIT YOU WERE IN THE HOSPITAL?

BabyDolphinieee 🐬: WHAT HAPPENED???

Nana 🐰: Lele if hyung knew I wouldn't be asking you right?

BabyDolphinieee 🐬: Wait hold on I want to tell Jisungie lmao

Nana 🐰: ...

Nana 🐰: I'll let you know what happened in school-

Sighing, he wraps himself up in a cocoon of his blankets and pulls a cute peach plushie towards him. Turning his phone off, only to turn it back on seconds later. Opening his instagram, he heads to his own profile and checks his posts. Seeing everything was your normal pictures, selfies, scenic views, his friends, he puts his phone back down frustrated after not finding anything. Turning to the other side,  he decides to shut his eyes and go to sleep.
