I sprang out of the bed as early as possible.I am going for a job interview and I cannot take the risk of being late . I wore a black pencil skirt , a white shirt and a black suit. I rushed downstairs just to meet my younger sister preparing breakfast and I ate it hurriedly before rushing out.
I called a taxi and I got to massive company five minutes early. I walked in and greeted the overly dressed receptionist
"Good morning, I am here for an interview" I said and smiled
"Oh, it's on the last floor ma'am"
'Thanks'
I walked into the elevator. I stood in between two good looking men but one had a colder outlook than the other
"Morning" the blond replied.
" Some other people are grumpy". I replied underneath my breath.
Some people are always in foul moods" the blind whispered into my ears and winked.
He got out on the floor just before the last but the cold beautiful guy didn't step out . Maybe he's going to see the boss . And ding! We were on the last floor . The cold guy stepped out before me making me notice his beautiful physique . He was tall probably six feet something . He was slender and built in a way that was perfect for him. He walked into the office while I waited to be called in by the boss.
"Please step in Miss Smith"
I quickly adjusted my skirt . I turned the door knob and stepped into the office . And behold sitting on the boss's seat was the cold beautiful guy I was with in the elevator . Gosh! He is my boss . The cold one is my boss.
"Good morning sir" I greeted
"Good morning"he replied in his thick, manly, blissful tone.
I handed my documents to him . He went through it very slowly . He looked at me a few times and went back to scanning my documents. He asked me a few questions and I answered them in the best way I could have . He dropped my documents on the table, interwined his fingers , ran his tongue over his lower lip making him seem hotter than he already is .
"You're hired"he announced
"I am hired"I asked
"Any problem with that Miss Smith?"
"No, thank you sir"
"Resume at 8:00am tomorrow"
"Ask the receptionist for the list of your duties as my personal assistant"
"Ok sir"
I could have hugged him or kissed him but I comported myself and walked out before squealing. This is the best news I've gotten in ages
