Y/n's POV

I slowly looked around the playground-like room I was trapped inside
* BANG *
another gunshot....
People were dropping like fly's in this game. Unfortunately I had decided to follow Gi-Hun and ended up with the umbrella - the hardest shape and the constant shots around me were not helping my nerves at all.

I had carefully position myself under the bow of the slide, which was good, until the first guy died and my ears had a front row ticket to hearing his lifeless body fall down the slide leaving a trail of blood all the way

* BANG *

Another shot snapped me out of my thoughts. Quite literally as I looked down and saw a small crack cutting apart the curl at the bottom of my shape. I saw my life flash before my eyes-

Suddenly my arm was grabbed. I looked up and saw a guard with a square mask covering his face.

I thought the triangles killed us?

He hoisted me off of the ground and pulled me out of the room cautiously looking around as he was doing so

Eventually we reached a small room that looked to be a storage room he pulled a small key from his pocket and locked the door behind us
It was at this point he noticed that I was shaking violently, I was terrified of what he would do to me, he suddenly walked over to me and pulled me into a comforting hug

"Hey, hey don't worry y/n you are safe, I promise I won't let them hurt you"

I relaxed into his arms feeling slightly more safe but still on edge then I asked a risky question

"C-can you maybe t-take your mask off?"
I then immediately followed it up by saying
"Ipromiseimonlyaskingbecauseitwillmakemefeelsafeenotbecauseiwanttogettouintroubleoranythingliketgatyknowfuckimsorryishouldnthaveasked-"

(I promise I'm only asking because it will make me feel safe not because I want to get you in trouble or anything like that y'know fuck I'm sorry I shouldn't have asked-)

Without warning he pulled his mask up to reveal only his mouth and cut me off with a kiss. I immediately kissed back. After a few seconds I pulled away

"Y'know you are so cute when you are flustered"

I moved closer to him and buried my head into his chest to cover my face and in response he grabbed me by my waist and set me gently onto his lap rubbing hearts into my back and whispering sweet nothings into my ears

I looked up to thank him and realised he had now taken his mask fully off of his face. God he was hot. He had black hair that swept across his forehead beautiful brown eyes and porcelain skin.

"Hm?" He hummed snapping me out of my trance

SHIT
I WAS STARING AT HIM
I could feel my cheeks heating up again

"Awww you are so cute though I don't know how you find me that mesmerizing"

"Ugh how could I not you look stunning"

"Hmm is that so? Because I think you look better baby boy"

Fucks sake
This man knows Exactly how to make me flustered

He pulled me closer into him and leaned down to softly kiss my lips

I could feel myself melting into him
He made me feel so safe
I never wanted to be away from him

"Thank you- you know for saving me out there"

"Oh come on how could I not save someone as cute as you"

* I giggle *

"Aww even your laugh is cute"

Some time passed and we just stayed there on the floor in each other's arms I guess at some point I eventually fell asleep because I woke up in my bed surrounded by the other players

"Where were you last night? " Ali asked worried

"Yeah you didn't come back from the 2nd game and we thought you hadn't made it" Gi-Hun added

"Don't ever scare us like that again y/n we need you on this team." Sang-woo added sounding relieved

Damn I didn't know these guys liked me that much

To be honest I thought it might have just been a dream but it all was confirmed when we walked to the next game.

I was just about to walk into the game Hall when I was pulled just beyond the door. Square- it was him

"Good luck darling I'll be rooting for you and your team" 

he kissed me gently on the forehead and tapped my waist before hurrying away with the rest of the group
