In this world, Akaashi was the boss of an enormous mafia with a huge scary violent mafia boss that makes everyone shrink in fear of him. It also didn't help that he has at least 6 teams of specialists in his group, they could track, hunt, and massacre anyone whom he demanded to be.
Team one contains two weapon holders; They contain the weapons and do everything to do with that. If you need a weapon, you need to go to them for it; Yūtarō Kindaichi and Motoya Komori are the owners of this job while, Morisuke Yaku, Levi Haiba, and Aran Ojiro are weapon developers; They're the ones who either GET the weapons or they MAKE the weapons.
Team two and three are the same, there are two assassins; They carry out the hits that were put on another person or they carry out kills that occur in the shadows with two spies; They're the spy, for intel and other things like that. It gives them an advantage but you have to be proficient in prowling around and remaining quiet, and one seducer; They're a master at captivating both genders or a preferred one. As long as they possess the looks and are charismatic, they're master seducers.
Akira Kunimi and Rintarō Suna are the assassins for the first one with Kiyoomi Sakusa and Osamu Miya as the spies. Atsumu Miya is the seducer for the related team.
The second set of this set up has Issei Matsukawa and Takahiro Hanamaki as the assassins, the spies are Shigeru Yahaba and Kentarō Kyōtani with Tōru Oikawa being the seducer.
With all those spies and assassins, they need knowledge for everything to operate smoothly. The seducers can do whatever they want with no information but the rest of the teams, even the higher-ups in the mafia needed people like this, which means they have consiglieres; a close and trusted friend or confidant of the family boss for strategic information, diplomatic counsel, and sound advice, to go along with those people you need organizers; to organize things like, meetings, wars, fighting and scheduling things. This is one full team but a very important team for Akaashi's mafia to run the way it is.
