Aapna drama band karo
Someone at the door shouts
Someone: Haan
Kyunki drama sirf aap kar sakti hai
All look towards the door
They see Virat
All get shocked
Sai was still crying
Mohit Ashwini and Shivani were consoling her
Virat ran towards her
V: Sai
Sai shaant ho jao
Please ro maat
He found she was mumbling and when he heard he was shocked and his eyes were teary
Tears started to fall from his eyes and he gives Sai a warm and tight hug
He heard sai saying
S: Mujhe nhi aata joint family me rehna
Mai aur nhi ji paaungi
Mai marna chahti hoon
I hate myself now
After the hug
V: Sai ye tum kya keh rhi ho
Aur yeh kya ho rha hai
Virat and Sai get up
Virat was going to ask but suddenly Sai faints and was not opening her eyes
Doctor comes
She(female doctor) tells that
D: Dekhiye Mr.Chawan aapki wife ki mental health bilkul bhi achchi nhi hai
Ye bilkul sahi baat nhi hai
Ye unhe depression mein bhi le jaa sakta hai aur vo apni jaan leni ki bhi koshish kar sakti hai
So please make sure she is not mentally stressed
Second thing
Unka BP low ho gya tha
Aur itni young age mein BP high  hona
That is not right
It can lead to many problems like
Brain and kidney damage
And many more like dehydration, blood loss, infection allergies, endocrine problems nutritional issues and heart problems
Severe chest pain because of decreasing of blood to heart
And this may cause the most dangerous thing which is Heart Attack
Doctor: Please take care
She goes and Mohit drops her by the entrance
Virat was numb
He felt with a thud on the floor
Mohit ran towards him
Virat also told him everything
Mohit was also shocked
He tried to console virat
Suddenly they heard the sound of coughing from Sai's room so they immediately rush to her
Sai was coughing hard
Mohit gives water to her and then she stops coughing
Mohit goes to call ashwini
Virat and Sai have a conversation
V: Sai tum thik ho na
S: Haan ab main thik hoon
V: Sai aisa kya ho gya ki tumhari intni tabiyat kharab ho gyi
Sai remembers everything and again starts crying
Mohit and Ashwini come
Also Ninad and Karishma
A & N: Bada kaisi hain thik hai na
Ro mat
And slowly they make her lie down and make her sleep
Virat asks mohit Ashwini and Ninad
V: Kya hua tha
Bataiye mujhe
Mohit tells everything to Virat
Ninad and Ashwini tell about how Sai broke
Karishma said
K: Aur wahini ne vo vada bhi de diya
V: Konsa vada
K: Voh...
V: Voh kya karishma
Bolo
K: Vahini ne vada diya sirf patralekha vahini ko khana khilana ke liye
Unhone vada diya ki
Vo aap par zintne bhi hak the vo tyaag karti hai
V: Kyaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Virat goes to Sai
Sai woke up to drink water
Virat comes running to her
V: Sai ye tumne kya kiya
S: Kya
V: Tumne vada kiya pakhi ko ki tumhare mujhpar zintne bhi hak hai vo tyaag karti ho
S: Mai aur kya karti
Main bhi insaan hu virat sir
Main pareshaan ho gyi thi
V: Lekin pehle ye vada vapas lo
S: Thik hai
Main ye vada vapas karti hoon
Aur aapke upar mere saare hak hai
Khush
V: Bahut khush
Sai mai tumhe kuch kehna chahta hoon.
S: Boliye
V: I love you
S: I love you too
V: Kya
Sachhi
S: Ha
Muchi
And they hug each other
