Corey's magic diary

(Thursday 10th 2015) Today is Thursday guess what it's My 15th birthday, my mom said "Corey you can skip school since it's you're birthday". Me I admittedly disagreed I wanted to see my friends DUH,what kind of person leaves there friends in Mrs Smith's class ,*sigh* who was I kidding I'm definitely not going to school since we got this big essay . Anywho ...someone came at the doorbell at 8:00 in the morning ? Who would be up at this time and at my door at 8:00 in the morning Guess who it was it was My grandma so I let her in side and gave her a big hug. Grandma said that she had a gift for me. I was in shocked. My mom said go on open it Corey. You wouldn't believe what it was !! It was this white covered book saying " draw on me " . Grandma asked if I loved it. I really didn't but I can't say no to my Grandma. She would be upset and so would my mom. I opened up the book and started writing because I couldn't stand them begging for me to try it out since I loved writing my own stories. I remembered what I said on the first page it said " I wish I had a dog named burno since my last dog died of a old age he was really My best friend. I'll always remember that tiny loud dog named scar . ( The next day ) It's Friday sadly my grandma passed away over night sadly but I still had to go to school because my mom needed money to help with the funeral I had to go because she can't afford a babysitter. Before I left I saw a box saying "open me quickly " well me my self Corey would never ever leave a box unopen. Once I opened the box I wouldn't believe my eyes !! IT WAS A DOG " I shouted " my very own dog , but how no one else came over with dog food or anything like that. I turned quickly to open my book my whole writing was ....GONE? How? how can this be.. I worked very hard on this...something isn't right here.
