ONE

The siren of the ambulance mixed with the sirens of the police cars were hurting on rona's head

People coming and going frominside  her house making her sight dazed

Her foot escaping through the front of the heels she wearing which was overflowing water of the pouring rain that started at the moment she called the police she was standing in front of her house, her eyes lifeless

The hands stained bright red from the dead blood

She was looking at the door opened, the door she saw the dead body of her father being carried by paramedics to the ambulance

The blood that rushed through his veins rushing through his arms coming from the wound om his neck

She saw everything and she is terrified, her mom had to rush from Venice to Sicily because she was alone

Looking at the garden full of lilies feeling her legs tremble, her head was a mess, rona starts to lose consciousness falling straight to the ground being held by one of the police officers fainting for the second time

FLASHBACK

The house was terrifyingly silent, no lights one, one of the upstairs windows was broken with shards of stained glass still attached to the refined wood making cutting the strong wind that passed through the house

Bae rona was surprised at the sight of that horror movie scene, she was at a friend's party with Eunbyul, her father was supposed to be at home

She walks towards the staircase at the front door noticing the doorknob was missing

Her heartbeats fasten and she can heart it louder on her ears, entering the house she goes straight to the cabinet in the first living room where her father kept some of his guns

She holds the cold metal in her hands looking around trying to identify someone inside the house

She goes upstairs slowly, watching every step trying her best not to get caught, she sees her parent's room with the door open being brave enough to come closer to that room

One step, two steps, three steps, four steps, five steps, six steps, eight steps, nine steps, ten steps.

Ten steps it took her to get to the room.

When she gets there it's the beginning of all of her nightmares, her father on the floor with a knife that was still locked on his neck

A horror scream that was loud enough to wake up and entire neighborhood comes out of her mouth as she runs desperately to her father lying in a puddle of blood that spread across the floor of the room that was completely overturned

"Papá wake up, please look at me, please open your eyes, don't do this to me, please"

She holds his hand calling for him desperately, tears rolling down her face, she couldn't accept that, her father, the man she loved the most in the world, her best friend, no she won't accept that

Rona lays her head on his heart sobbing in disbelief

She takes her phone from the purse trying her best to call the police, her fingers full of blood didn't help but she did it

"Please my father is lying down on the floor full of blood someone killed him I need help please somebody help me" she says as fast as the person on the other side of the line pick up

"Could you give me the address please?" the lady says

"Sure" she gives all the information needed for them having to stop a little before talking again cause her sobbing intensifies
