A Shining Love

Chapter 2

I heard the horrible sound of my alarm and wondered if yesterday was just a dream. Maybe when I wake up I'll be back in Davids house sleeping next to him. But unfortunately I was in Kierra's guest room and all alone. I read the clock and it said it was 7:30 in the morning. So I got up, brushed my teeth, took a shower, and got dressed in the first thing I saw. I didn't even do my hair or makeup since the professionals were going to do it anyway. I walked out of the room and smelled something so heavenly that my mouth was going to water.

"What are you making?" I asked Kierra.

"Two cheese omletes for us before we have to go to the shoot." she replied.

"You're going too?"

"Yeah, I think it's you, me, Brittany, and some new guy." I was relievd when she said those names. Since Sarah wasn't going I wasn't going to be in a bad mood today.

Me and Kierra ate our omletes and talked about the photo shoot we were doing today. Their actually wasn't much our agents told us. All they said was what the shoot was, the company, and address. They didn't even give us a phone number or a time frame. All they said about time was to be there by nine. It takes like 15 minutes to get there so we took our time before we left. When we did leave there was no traffic so we got there 10 minutes early. And as soon as we walked in Brittany came running toward us both.

"Hey guys," she started. "did you here what happened to Sarah?"

"No what happened." I said hoping that Sarah got runed over by a bus.

"Apparent;y she was having sex with this guy and his girlfriend found out about it and got so pissed at her. She even called her a slut. So when she left the home she was so filled with guilt that she dropped her agency, sold her apartment, and moved to New York."

I was kind of shocked when Brittany finished that story. I made Sarah, my life long enemy, so miserable that she moved across the country. It was a little sad but mostly amazing. I could jump for joy right about now.

"Do you know who the couple was?" I asked.

"No Brittany didn't tell me that. I'll keep you guys updated on how she's doing though." Brittany walked away and I turned toward Kierra with a smile on my face.

"I can't believe you did that to Sarah." she said.

"Don't give me that tone she had it coming. And you hated her to. She would always tell lies about you to the other girls, remember."

"Alright she was a bitch but still." Right after she said that the new guy walked into the studio. He was tall and handsome with brown hair and a fit body. He had a tattoo on his right arm of a dragon wraping around his arm. He had a mysterious and dangerous vibe coming from him. He was the complete opposite of David.

"Alright people," the photographer started. "we need all of you to go to the hair and makeup station so we can get started as soon as possible."

I walked over to the chair and someone came to do my hair. The lady did some loose natural looking curls that looked great on me. Then the makeup artist just put on a nice foundation and concealer for my face and a subtle smokey eye and didn't add any fake lashes. Then they filled in my eyebrows and I was good to go for makeup and hair.

I went into the changing room to change into the pretty bra and underwear. They were both red with a black lace over them. I got changed and went outside to get started. Kierra had walked out the same time I did and was wearing a similar set only her's was a light blue with white lacing.

"Nice bra." I said to Kierra.

"I was going to say the same to you." she replied. We had walked on to the area where they were shooting and they had three different areas. One had a bed, one had bay window, and the other was just a plain white silk sheet.

"Alright gather 'round children so I can tell you which setting you are going to be placed." the photographer said. "Kierra and Brittany will be at the empty setting, Faith will be on the bed, and Hunter will be at the bay window. Any questions? No? Great, lets get started."

He started taking pictures of Kierra and Brittany so I had some time before it was my turn. I was standing toward the back of the studio until Hunter came over and stood next to me. I don't know why but I felt so nervous being around him. Although, it was probably because he wasn't wearing anything but a tight pair of underware. I felt a little awkward so I decided to break the tension.

"Hi I'm Faith."

"Hunter. How's it going?"

"Pretty good just a little tired. You?"

"Not bad. How long have you been doing modeling?"

"This is my sixth year. What about you?"

"This is my secound year. I still get a little nervous when I do this."

"I'm sure you'll do great today and I'm sure you'll do great at all of your other shoots."

"Faith it's your turn." the photographer said.

"I've got to go but it would be great if I could hang out with you sometime." I said to Hunter.

"Yeah that sounds fine I'll right my number on a paper and leave it in your dressing room."

"It's the last one." I said before I left to do my shoot. When I got on the bed all I could think about was leaing here to call Hunter. I didn't know why but he made me feel a type of way I've never felt before. I wasn't sure if I liked it or not. When I was done posing I looked at the photos and saw how big my smile was. My smile hasn't been that big in a long time. I thought about this until I got into my changing room and saw my pay and Hunters number. My two favorite things. I got dressed quickly and left with Kierra to tell her all about it when we would return home.
