January 5th 2018. I was 16. My family just moved here, to a small town. And there it was. Standing on its four legs. Eyes staring intently. I stared back at the cat as it stared blankly as if I was a ghost. I tilted my head to the side and the cat did the same. We lived in a flat on the fourth floor. The rays of the sun filtered through the window panes of our balcony door. I took a deep breath. The fresh air filled my lungs. I felt rejuvenated. I was putting on my shoes before going to school and the cat just stood there. "The cat probably has an owner", mum said as she went downstairs to get her car at the parking lot. I carried on and followed mum from behind. School isn't that great. If you say school is fun then you got something wrong inside that head of yours. Little did I know that the cat is truly special, I never had a pet so I can't really say much about it but there's something extraordinary and wholesome about this cat that makes him different from any other cat I've seen before. This is a story about a cat that possibly have changed my life.
