Chapter 1

  "Get up bitch, we're going out" i woke up shook from my nap when i felt someone kick my bed, of course it's her..maybe I should play dead, maybe she'll think i had a heart attack and died.

  "play dead all you want you're coming with me like it or not, you can't just stay here doing nothing" she added and i still refused to move or budge.
  "Beth!!" she kicked me again and I've had it with her, i threw my blanket away and stared daggers at her face. I knew she wouldn't give up, i stayed in the apartment for the past 3 days straight and i had to admit that she deserves a prize for not kicking me out yet

  "I don't wanna go anywhere Sally, please let me sleep" i begged but she just crossed her arms and stood her ground, shifting from one leg to the other as if saying i'm not leaving before taking your sorry ass with me.

  "look hon, you need human interaction.." she said while handing me a cup of coffee, i took hold of the hot mug.. It was already freezing outside and this one simple coffee mug seemed so much better than any other thing she had to offer
  "You haven't touched a fellow being in months and i'm tired of your long ass showers, as if i don't know what you're doing in there" 

  I nearly dropped the steamy mug on my lap and she rewarded me with a chuckle, i hate her sometimes.

"i don't see why you care, i pay my share of the bills don't i? I work from home and i don't cause any troubles" i defended while taking a sip of the caffeinated liquid, it felt like I had a mini orgasm once the hot liquid touched my lips.. So good.

  "i worry about you that's all, just.. Come with us today. Jason invited some of his friends and i made sure Anthony would be there for you" she finished with a sly smirk, she'll never stop trying to set me up with other people.. Made that perfectly clear.

  "i guess there's nothing i can say to get you off my back.." she laughed at me and added "honey you desperately need someone on your front."

I flipped her off and she mirrored it almost immediately "i hope he's vaccinated then, or is this a strategy you're following to kill me?" i asked bemused, i wasn't ready to take any risks. We were all vaccinated and even though the situation in the country is a lot better now and the infection rate has gone downhill we still needed to take measures and precautions

" we should call the police on Jason, i swear if i count more than 10 people i'm calling the cops" i threatened getting up and walking towards my bedroom "wear something sexy..!" she called right before i closed the door

We got to Jason's house at around 8pm, he didn't live very far but the traffic was mayhem. That's the city life we chose
As Sally parked her car near on the side of the road i was counting the cars outside his house.. When I reached 9 cars i glared at her and she barely looked back at me as she whispered "chicken shit.." just before she unbuckled her seat belt and open the door, i followed silently thinking of all kinds of ways to run back home
She knew i hated social interacting especially with people i don't know and to start with over 20?? That's was gonna happen, i was planning on staying for 30mn tops before calling a cab.. Or maybe i should call a cab now and wait outside..

  Sally was basically the hot model, in fact she was indeed a model for a makeup brand, she had blond hair that reached her lower back, distinguished jawline and high cheekbones.. Gorgeous blue eyes and a killer body. She was everything I wasn't

  I was shorter, short dark hair and dark brown eyes.. I looked fairly boring, nothing about me popped. I wasn't interesting and I had nothing to offer.
The difference between us was huge.
