LEAH'S POV
In the next morning...
Anne, luke, Jed and I went to Maria's house. As we were walking to her house I bumped into Jaime from the readers theater.
"Hey Leah, you look different" Jaime said
"Thanks, but I cant talk to you now" I said as continued walking
We have arrived at Maria's house.
Anne and Luke went upstairs to my apartment to check if there's something demonic. While Jed and I went to Maria's appartment. As I was about to knock Maria's open the door.
"Maria, can I please borrow your tarot cards?" I asked
"Those can't come here" maria said as she's pointing at Jed's weapons
Jed removed his 2 swords at his back, his pocket knife, the knife beside his leg.
I smirked at Maria.
Then he is finished. Maria is pointing at his feet that he still have a knife.
He removed it and put it together with the rest of his weapons.
"You may come in" she said
We got in and she locked the door. I don't know why she locked it.
Anyways, she was just standing there like a statue then Jed showed the way where's the tarot cards.
"Of course" she said
She got the tarot cards out of the shelf and gave to me. I sat down and look for the card. She also sat with me while Jed is playing the piano
JEDS POV
I was playing the piano to see if Maria's is a demon because I could feel it that a demon is inside her. I was looking at maria to see if she's getting furious with me
"Young man that piano is out of tune" she said
I continued playing the piano
Then her head started to move and she remove her glasses
LEAH'S POV
I found the card! While Jed is playing the piano.
"That song... Not my favorites" she said
Anyways, I tried to do the skill what I did to my coffee yesterday. I got the card and my hand got thru the card!!! And I got the DAGGER
Maria went crazy!
"STOP IT!" She shouted at Jed
Her eyes turned to WHITE!
"Jed!" I cried out loud
She throwed the table and got my neck! She was chocking me! I tried not to go give the dagger to her, but this creature came out from her neck and got the dagger!
Jed got a long, hard wood and hit it at her back.
Maria moaned! She got really furious. She throwed Jed to the wall!
"Jed!" I shouted
I tried to get the dagger, but her creature in her neck was attacking me! She thrown me to the other wall. Then Anne and luke crashed into the door.
Luke got his knife, but maria is so quick that she got his knife and stabbed him in the shoulder! But he didn't give up. He grabbed Maria's arm, so that anne could punch her, but the creature in Maria's neck bit Luke's neck! It made a hole in his neck! He fell down so badly that he couldn't stand! Anne was trying to punch her in the face, but maria punch her on the stomach going to the door! She crashed into the door so badly that she can't get up!
Maria was looking for me, but she went out. I got up and went to the window. I saw Larry talking to maria!
LARRY'S POV
I came to leah's condominium to apologized. As I went through the gate I saw maria!
"Oh hi, Mrs. Jones! Is leah here?" I asked
She looked like she got beaten up!
"No! She not here" she said nervously
"But I got a text-" I was cut off by leah
She was banging the window and saying
"LARRY! ITS NOT HER! SHE'S A DEMON! SHE GOT THE DAGGER!" she shouted as she kept on banging the window
I looked at maria and I saw the dagger in her pocket!
She got her keys and trying to go inside. I got the shovel beside me and hit her in the head. Her neck bend sideways as I hit her. She looked at me so furious that her face became a demon! I quickly kicked her inside.
LEAH'S POV
I saw Larry kicked maria inside the hallway! Jed got up and went to luke. Anne went to luke
"I'll take care of him" she said
I went to jed
"Larry!" I cried out loud as I pointed at him
Jed ran out from the room. I tried to get the dagger from maria, but the creature in her neck has it!
Jed ran to maria with his sword and stabbed her!
Finally she's dead! Jed got the dagger
Larry and I looked at each other. I ran to him and hugged him
"I'm sorry!" He said as he hugged me back
"I'm sorry" I said
Then anne shouted
"JED!"
Jed went inside the room. Larry and I also went inside the room.
"The rune is not working" she said to jed
Jed looked at me.
