I was outside waiting for India to come back. I looked up and seen jay with some girl walking out the house. He got in the front seat. We dapped up and I just looked at how uncomfortable Kavani was in the back sitting next to some girl she didn't even know.
"Nigga what the fuck you doin?" I asked looking confused. "Mann we going to the cookout. I miss my momma nigga." He said getting on his phone.
"Wait these yo people?" I asked looking surprised. "Nah man Peso and India use to be best friends and shit when they was little he moved 2 years ago tho but they was so close she started calling her momma so I did the same." He said texting on his phone.
I just nodded and looked up seeing India coming out the house smiling. She was looking good I'm not gon lie. Even tho I was fucking wit shorty right now I didn't really care I was looking at india but she ain't rocking wit a Nigga.
At least for right now. She got in the car and put her seatbelt on. I pulled out the driveway and started heading to the lil cookout. After a long 20 minute drive there we finally arrived. I parked across the street from the big ass house. Everybody got out with a big ass smile on the face.
Peso and some other niggas was in the front smoking. He looked up and seen us making him smile. "Wassup fam." He yelled getting up. India ran and jumped on him hugging him.
A nigga was lowkey feeling some type of way but I wasn't gon show it. "Jay wassup my boy haven't seen you in a minute." He said dapping up Jay. "Yea I know it's been a while.
"I remember you Kavani." Peso said smiling giving her a hug. She smiled and hugged him back. India tapped his shoulder and he looked at her making sign some shit.
He turned around and looked at me. "Oh okay bet Wassup Dave." He said showing his golds. "Wassup." I said just looking at him.
"Well y'all welcomed to anything here. There's one thing tho if you wanna smoke gotta come up here momma don't want us smoking around the kids." He said sitting back down lighting up his blunt.
India grabbed Kavani hand and walked in the house. I followed them because I didn't know where I was going. We walked in the backyard and it was hella people plus food.
Kids running around, Kids in the pool, and even on the trampoline. It was crazy, music was blasting people dancing. India ran over to a lady giving her a big hug making me and Kavani just stand there looking around.
A couple minutes later India and the lady walked over to us. "Hello Dave and Kavani I'm Mrs. G but y'all can call me momma." She said wit a big smile on her face.
Kavani hugged her. "Thanks for having us momma." I said smiling. "Well the food is over there everything is done so y'all enjoy." She said walking away.
A little girl came from behind India and hugged her legs screaming. India turned around and hugged her. "Aww who is this cutie." Kavani said picking the little girl up. "I'm Bailey." She said smiling.
A few minutes later Jay and Peso came through the house into the backyard. Jay walked straight to the table where the food was. Everybody started laughing when we seen momma hit him.
I looked down and seen Bailey looking up at me wanting me to pick her up. I picked her up and she laid her head on my shoulder. India looked at me and started smiling I can admit she was looking really good right now.
"Aye y'all it's a empty table over here." Jay yelled and we all went n sat down. Jay, Kavani, India, and Peso was eating. I was still holding Bailey she was sleeping.
