- Shiro's Dream -
I am standing at the gate, holding an umbrella, sheltering myself from the heavy rain. The water level rose, covering half of my ankle. My school is being build on top of what used to be a mountain after all. This is just a normal scenario for me every time it rains.
"Shiro! " My friend Amy ran to me along with my other close friend, Syo. I turned to them giving an irritated look. What took them so long? "Sorry, Miss Norah held us back. "
I turned away not saying a word. Part of me is pissed off because I had to wait for them and another part of me is filled with envy. Both of them are from the advance class. Of course their classes ended later than mine.
Thinking of that, I should've treated them better. It's not their fault. They were good friends to me, but I was 15 and I did stupid things in my life.
We ran to catch the bus and we ended up getting drenched in the rain. Syo cleaned her spectacles and Amy held on to her things so she can do so without any difficulties. Syo being the shortest amongst us created a sense of parent-like care from me.
"Amy, If we are a family I think you would be the father " Amy looked at me. Excitement was obvious in her eyes. She always love this kind of stuff.
"Then you'll be my daughter " Daughter aye? I look at Syo giving her the knowing look.
"Maybe Syo can be the husband and you're the mama. Since you're the strict one." Amy getting more excited. We ended up discussing this, gaining weird stares from the onlookers around us.
" But why is Syo is the husband.... " Amy looked at Syo staring her down.. she finally got it.
Syo is shorter than Amy.
Amy and I burst out laughing not caring about everyone else who was staring at us and our silly antics. Syo, finally able to understand what we were saying, chased us around with her heavy books.
The bus soon came and we ran in. I ended up hiding behind Amy since she is the stronger one, but she pulled me out anyway. I ended up tickling Syo and soon Amy joined in.
A nice dream isn't it?
I soon wake up in my room staring at the ceiling. Looking around my messy room and soon my phone rang. It's wasn't Amy, it was my mum.
I soon call Nagi since I'm bored
"What are you going to do with those pictures? " Nagi questions echoed in my mind. I hang up the call before she could even answer.
"I threw it of course.... " My cat Maru came in the room begging for food. I went out the room talking and telling the answer to myself. Maybe... I will finally accept the reality "They're no longer here aren't they? "
I should've treated them nicer before they were gone.
