Noah asked me to meet him at his locker after school so that's what I did. Oakes was there talking to him and so I just kinda awkwardly stood there. After a minute oakes left and Noah told me to text my mom so she knows were I'm going and that I'll need a ride home because his parents would be home and he can't drive. So I told my mom and she said to not stay out to late.

We made it to Noah's house and he ran and got us a snack from the kitchen and led me to his room. His room wasn't messy and it was actually really organized and smelled like his cologne.
"So we could sit on my bed or the floor you pick" he said "umm the floor will be fine" I said with a smile and we got to work.
" Can we take a break?" He asked That's when I got a little nervous "um sure... But what are we gonna do?" I asked, he giggled " just talk " "ok" I said and we got another snack and started a conversation...
" So do you have a crush on anyone?" He asked and I started to feel butterflies in my stomach "um yeah but it doesn't matter who" what about you?" I asked " yeah I like someone" he said. Softly "I don't wanna say though" he said nervously. "Thats ok." I said.
After a long time talking Noah's mom knocked on the door " come in" Noah said. His mom opened the door. " Noah who's this" she said "oh it's just my partner for the project in English" he said sternly but politely. " Ok well she either needs to go home or eat with us
" I can just go ho- " " no she'll stay for dinner" Noah said smiling and me.
