"Guess what?".
Silence.
"Tomorrow is my dewi bulans birthdayyyy!", cheers an excited Wana, looking at Saleena as she lets her wrap her small fingers on her own finger.
"Let's clap for excited news!", The 3 year old shows the little baby how to clap, motioning her to gently collide her palms together. Baby must do it gently :(( Baby might hurt herself if not :((
It had been 7pm at night and the two little girls were sleeping together in Saleenas crib. Wanas mom had agreed to letting Wana sleep over since it was Saleenas birthday tomorrow! That's right, Wanas baby is going to be 1 years old soonnn! This had made her so thrilled that she spent the time talking to her little moon about it.
"I made mom buy gift for youuuu! I chose it . . , Wana hopes you like it", Wana claims before she feels a head resting on shoulder. What could it be? Orrr in fact, who?
It was babyyy! Oh! She had fallen asleep :OO
"Baby? Saleena? Wat wrong?", Wana asks, when she doesn't feel her little moon fidget with her hand. Instead, her small index finger was warmly covered by another pair of even smaller fingers! She hears the baby's soft snores and little breaths and realizes she has fallen asleep.
Wana turns to face the baby and kisses her forehead, "wana give a kiss for baby because Wana . . . Wana love you", since her baby was asleep, it's oki to say that right? But even if anyone had seen, who cares :(( Wana saw in cartoon that if you love someone then you give them a kiss or hug to express it physically, and Wana definitely loved her little moon no matter how flustered :((
Which is why she held hands with the younger and doze off to sleep, staring at her cute friend. She couldn't believe she had kissed her saleenaaa!
~The Next Morning~
It was bright morning, the sun shines through the rooms blinds and makes a figure of light as a little toddler awakens her eyes. Now usually, She'd wake up very late, the latest she's ever woken up was 12am! But today, no. Today had to be different. Today was baby's birthday and there was no way, Wana was gonna wake up late for that.
She subtly gets out of bed, making sure not to wakie or disturb her moons beauty sleep. She must get good sleep today >:(( it was her special dayyyy!
"Auntie! Wakie wakieee, saleena birthday! Baby birthdayyyy!", Wana had quickly speed walked to Saleenas moms room and woke her up, they must prepare everything.
The adult wakes up to the toddlers excitement and replies, "ok okkk, let's go prepare Saleenas birthday decorations" as they brush their teeth together and get ready for the day. After all, Wana was like her own daughter, but as Wana says, that doesn't mean her and her baby are sisters :(( n o.
The two along with Wanas mom help set up the decorations and gifts and prepare the food. They manage to complete all this before saleena woke up!
Side note: with wana taking a smol nappy on the sofa mid way hehe
Once it was time to wake up Saleena, Wana quickly arose from her nap and made sure her gift was opened last. Best for last as they say. What was in it was a surpriseeee~
Before they went to wake the small baby, Wana wanted to make sure everything was perfect, the 2 year old really cared for her friend; sooo muchhhh!
"Let's wakie babyyyy!", she says with enthusiasm as she run walks to said baby's room and prepares to sing the happy birthday song.
