This is my version of Penthouse, it would start from end of season one.
Please take note that - this is not written out like a story, rather it will feel more script like. I initially posted this entire thing on Twitter but I decided to just move it...
Everyone had gathered at the airport to say farewell to RN and SH, Logan was also flying with them just to help make sure they settled well and had everything they needed.
"Make sure you text us when you arrive, look out for each other, if you ever run out of money please call us...." OYH and SSR kept going on with different advice to both SH and RH. "Omma, we understand. Don't worry too much about us, Logan-ahjusshi is with us we will be fine" SH reassures both OYH and SSR.
Everyone gave hugs to them before bidding them farewell.
*on the plane*
SH and RN are sitting together in first class. SH grabs RN's hand to get her attention. RN turns to face SH smiling.
"RN, since we are about to begin a new chapter I just want to make a few things clear before we arrive in the States. First, we will make sure our school years this time are different - no secrets we are to always communicate and be frank with each other. We have gone through death and pain and we have made it through that together. Nothing can hold us back." RN smiled and nodded in agreement.
"Next, even though I have not said these words out loud, I shall now. RN, will you be my wife?" RN looked at him in shock. "Wife?! We can't get married now, we are only 19." He laughed and replied "I don't mean that we are to marry now, but we are together with the intention of marriage am I right?" RN smiled and decided to tease him "Maybe we are but you have to prove yourself." He laughed and raised both of RN's hands to his lips and kissed them. "We are in this together, now and forever that is my promise to you."
With the promise of the future together, they held hands and excitedly waited to arrive in a new city with a new chapter.
*time leap 3 years* *same time leap as the drama*
After 2 years, Shimwoo Place has been completed - Currently Mari and family and Sangha and Minhyeok have chosen to live in Shimwoo Place. Though SSR had offered the Penthouse to Mari, after what had happened in Hera Place Mari decided to skip on that. She subsequently suggested that instead of a Penthouse at the very top, that the top floor become a wedding or event hall. SSR liked that idea and approved of the change.
SSR and Logan decided not to move into Shimwoo Place; instead they bought a nice front yard near the business district. SSR and Logan's relationship had progressed after waiting about 2 ½ years Logan finally decided to propose. Their marriage is to happen in 2 weeks time.

OYH and YH also decided not to move back into Shimwoo Place like SSR and Logan; they decided to move to the same area (actually becoming neighbours with each other). One year into RN and SH leaving, OYH and YH decided to get married. However having been married before and with all the baggage they decided to skip the ceremony and just get married by themselves with SSR and Logan as witness.

Jenny and SK are finishing up their final year of University. They are currently doing their internship. SK is interning at SSR's company, while Jenny is a trainee teacher at Chungah School. EB decided to do further studies and so she is now preparing to enter a Masters program in Social work, she works and volunteers at OYH's charity.
Minkyeok was discharged from the army last year, and has decided to enroll in Korea University's Business School.
Excitement fills the air at both OYH and SSR's house because RN and SH are scheduled to be arriving from the USA today. They are arriving to give a charity concert at Shimwoo Art Centre.
