"it's okay y/n, I'm not mad" Heeseung laughs with Jake arms wrapped around his neck. "that's not okay" you said and tried to go away but failed cause Jake grab your arm.
"about tomorrow, i was going to ignore Somi but i can't" you fidget your fingers "it's gonna be fine trust me" Jake said and palm your cheek.
you look at him and he nod "okay, will you be with me?" and he nod "i will, and we will walk together" and you nod.
the next day,
you went out of your house gather everyone to walk together but then you saw the couple standing separately.
"y/n-
you walk past her and hold hands with jake. Jay and Jungwon just trail behind you. "y/n, why aren't you talking with me?"somi grab your arm and you stop so doed everybody.
" look somi, why did you lie? why didn't you tell us? tell me.. that both of you are together"and the smile on her face disappear.
"cause she's afraid that you'll judge her" and you grab her away from the boys "that reason is stupid enough for me" you put your arms on your hip.
"i don't know how to tell you.." she mumble and you sigh "you're my best friend, you should tell me" and she nod "sorry" she hugs you.
"so everything's alright?" Sunoo ask and you nod.
after everything you talked with somi, everything went well "so you? you're with jake?" sunghoon smirk wrap pulling somi and wrap her around his arm.
you look at jake and he smile "i.. i.. yeah.. i think?" you mumble and Sunoo nudge you "jake!" and he jog towards you "what?" and sunoo just smile.
"whatever, let's just go"you walk infront of him and he went confused but then he hold your hand and walk together.
" be my girlfriend? "he whisper and look at you from the side glance. you're trying to not smile infront of him "i want a date" you said boldly
he looks at you in suprised and raised his eyebrow in a flirty way "a date? so you can be mine?" and you nod while walking your way to your class.
"alright, after school" he said and you nod taking notes about the date feeling more than excited about it.
you sit beside jake and get a glare from rose who changed her seat with one of the classmate. "you okay?" and you nod.
lunch
You sit beside Somi and others infront of you eating the lunch "how about we have a double date?" she squealed and the guys choked on their food. "why?" she pout.
"that's not a nice idea cause I'm single" Sunoo flip his hair "how about you and me?" Niki appears with ball in his hand and smirk on his face.
"thank you, next" he said and everyone chuckle "nice try niki" heeseung laugh and he left after shamelessly flirting with Sunoo.
"seriously guys, let's go for a double date" Somi said and they just looks at her "once?" and look at you battling her eyeslashes infront of you.
"but not today" you said and jake knows why you said that "why? you're busy?" Jake ask and you look at him with wide eyes.
"well yeah" you said "busy with what?" Somi whine "i.. i have a date!" you suddenly slip the words out of your mouth "with who??" Somi smiles.
and you facepalm trying to collect yourself "secret" you said and they all whine when you can see Jake winks at you and you roll your eyes at him.
after school
you don't know what to wear for your date and you want to call for help but you told them that it's a secret.
a soft knock from the door and you open it "hey" you let heeseung inside and he sit on your bed "who?" he ask "eh?" and he sigh "the date? who" he ask
"well-
" if it isn't jake, i won't let you "and your eyes widen before laughing "ah oppa you're so protective, he is jake and i just decide to keep it secret for now" and he nod.
"wear a skirt for dress, it looks lovely rather than jeans" he advice and closing the door on his way outside.
you nod and find something that you could wear for the date

you let hair your down and went downstairs "what are you guys doing here?" suprised when you saw Jay and Sunghoon here "they're here to hang out" heeseung appear with cokes and snacks in his hand.
you nod awkwardly and was about to went outside when jay grab your wrist "you're not going with jake?" and you smile "i am, just decide to keep lowkey.." and he nod.
"hope you have fun on your date, if i ever sees you cry because of him.. i wouldn't let him date you twice" and you smile hugging him.
"thank you for the care and I'm sorry i couldn't return the same feelings" and he shook his head fingers on your lips to keep you quiet. "it's fine, as long as you're safe in my friend's hand then I'm good" he smile.
you hug him again and he put his chin on your shoulder closing his eyes smiling when he can smell the vanilla scent.
the both of you jump when you hears someone clears their throat and you turn around "jake" you smile and he look at jay.
"i will tell you what happen" you said and bid your goodbye to Jay.
you can see the frown on his face "tell me, or you're not going on the date" and you chuckle.
you tells every single thing and he nod "he said that?" and you nod "yes, so you better be good to him" you pinch his cheek "he's going to be my buddy" and he nod.
"I'm glad you're mine" and you push yourself from him "since when? i thought we need to go on a date and you can ask me there" with your hands on your hip.
he laugh "then let's go, i can't wait!" he run leaving you behind and you just chuckle shaking your head.
"why?" you ask "cause i want to, i kind of like picnic date so i make another one" and you nod "so be my girl?" he ask but you didn't even listen to him, you're there to eat.
He chuckle when you start digging into the food rather than hearing him. "y/n" and you look up "what?" you feed him the pudding and he eats it.
"i ask you a question" and you hum still eating it "i will" you answer and he looks at you in disbelief "wait what?" and you smile
