Every day, every second, I see you in my dreams
You're driving me crazy, but not in a way to hear my screams
I set my goals, I notice the threats
Im the cards, you're the dealer, and my heart places bets
I win, I cash in my chips, and play again
I know I shouldn't, but babygirl, you're like a sin
Once you commit it, you'll do it forever
Not meaning to, just self consciously, it might seem clever
And maybe it is, don't worry, I'm not complaining
I'm just thinking about the future, and what I'll be gaining
A beautiful girl, a angel, a goddess
It may seem like I'm being too modest
But really I'm not, this is how I feel
I just want you to know that these feelings are real
My feelings flow smoothly like water in a stream
And all of this start when you became my daily dream
2. Somewhere...
I know she is out there, I know, I know
But she is hiding, so my hunt will never be slow
I have to find her, I have to, I do
If your eyes see this, then my poem has finally reached you
How you received it, I dont know, quite frankly, I dont care
As long as you read this, and keep ot very near
I have a list of things that people call emotions
That burn my soul like poisonous potions
1. Love: the strongest one goes first
I need it from you like the water that quenchs my thrist
2. Joy: the second, but still equally strong
I could write all of my feelings down and turn them into a song
3. Satisfaction: the 3rd is the weirdest, but ever so true
I feel satisfied when my heart jumps a beat at the sight of you
4. Loathing: why, oh why, do i feel this way
It's because I don't say what I feel I need to say
5. Sensation: I love to feel this way whenever you're around
I feel it when you hug me, it travels from my head to the ground
But now I realize, at these words I stare
That my heart was the place you were hiding.
My heart was the "somewhere"...
3. True Feelings
Your eyes sparkle like the brightest star
Your smile brings a shadow over me
For so long, I've hidden wide and far
But now I want you to see
The moon is you, the sun is I
And everything started with a "hi"
The more I pester, the more it waits
My heart is standing behind a gate
