Chapter three

The whole time I was changing my heart was pounding.
I couldn't find anything that I liked to wear so I finally decided on wearing a black t-shirt dress that kind of clinged to what curves I had.
Just as I was putting on some mascara my phone went off. I had left it on the bed so I stopped what I was doing to answer.

"Hello?"

"Hi kitten." It was my mom "Everything okay I haven't talked to you since you left the house last night."

"I know I'm sorry." I sighed sitting on the bed

"It's okay Mr. Kaiba seems  like a very respectful sophisticated young man." My mom says

"He's something else alright." I blush thinking about how Seto had kissed my hand.

"Do you not like him? Are you saying no to marrying him? Please tell me you like him. We need this for our family and the arcade...""Mom mom chill." I stop her from panicking

"I am chill." My mom breaths

"No you're not." I laugh "Listen I like Seto a lot but I'm not putting my all eggs in one basket just yet." I tell her

"Why not? He's very wealthy and influential." My mom says

"Mom that's not why I'm here." I sigh "I don't want his money, it's nice sure but Seto is a person with feelings I want to respect that." I explain

"I get it." My mom says

"Mom we're getting along awesomely and I hope it works out but I want to make sure okay." I tell her

"Kitten I do understand but love isn't always everything you need someone who can take care of you." My mom tells me

"Mom I'm not even thinking about his money." I tell her "I would like to fall in love and if it's with Seto then that'll be awesome."

"You should be thinking about his money. Think about what that'll do for you, your family and the business." My mom says

"I'm late for dinner." I wanted to get off the phone and spend time with Seto.

"Okay make your mom proud." She says

"Bye mom." I say before immediately hanging up

I checked my hair and makeup one last time before heading towards the door to have dinner with Seto.

"Good evening miss Migan, Master Kaiba awaits." Jackson who was just outside my room waiting says

"Lead the way." I nod

In the private dining room Seto waited for Migan to join him.
He's made sure to have candles light and the large white marble fireplace in the corner lit too.
The table was only for two with a round bench seat that way Seto could sit close to Migan.

As he waited Seto stood and stared out the large window replaying today in his mind.

"Master Kaiba." Hobson knocked on the door

"Yes?" Seto doesn't turn

"I made sure your brother had dinner and is now brushing his teeth and will be off to bed shortly." Hobson enters the dining room

"Thank you." Seto nods still facing the window

"How was today?" Hobson asks

"Amazing." Seto sighs

" I'm glad to see you happy Master Kaiba." Hobson tells him

"It's a good feeling Hobson." Seto says
