Can We Truly be Happy Together

Meeting in a muggle Café

a fifteen year old Harry was sitting in a café. It was getting late but he didn't want to go home. Its not like he didn't like his home its that he didn't want to hear his guardians having sex. It seemed that the two of them forgot the silencing charms before doing so. Harry was in his bedroom working on his summer homework when suddenly he could hear moaning and grunting noises come from the room where his guardians were. He shook his head and got up and left the house. As he sat there with his tea and a Cinnabon a man sat down opposite him. He looked up to see a tall blonde man he recognized. The man's name Lucius Malfoy. He saw him about a month ago when him and his friends went to the ministry to stop Voldemort from getting the prophecy. Instead they were ambushed by the death eaters one of which was Malfoy. Harry knew very little of the man other then he was single. The women he was suppose to marry married another person. Harry said "Mr. Malfoy is there something I can do for you."

Harry liked the man across from him. He had a crush on him since he first met the man. The man was in Diagon alley with his godson. Draco Lestrange had picked a scene with him and Lucius and Arthur had gotten into a fist fight. He then met the man again at the end of the year. He tricked Mr. Malfoy into freeing his house elf Dobby. He hadn't really seen the man till last month. So he was surprised with the reply he got from the man. Lucius said "For starters Mr. Potter I would like for you to call me Lucius and second I was hoping you might accompany me for a bit." Harry said " I will call you Lucius if you call me Harry and sure I don't want to go home at the moment my guardians are being quiet loud with there exploits at the moment." so after finishing his tea and food the two men left the café. The two men got to know each other as they walked.

Before Lucius dropped Harry off at number 12 Grimmauld place he asked harry something unexpected. Lucius said "Harry can we meet up again and would you like to be my boyfriend." Harry was ecstatic the man he liked just asked to be a dating couple. Harry blushed and said "I would love too and that answer is for both." Lucius bent down and gave Harry a quick peck on the lips before saying bye. After harry entered the house he was greeted by his Guardians. Remus said "Where the hell have you been its eleven o'clock at night." Sirius said "Its to dangerous for you to be roaming around by yourself what would happen if a death eater found you." Harry said "Maybe next time you should put up silencing charms before you have sex."

both men blushed and became as red faced as the Weasleys hair. They had completely forgot the charms. Harry said "now are you done with the interrogations about me wanting to leave so I didn't have to hear or are we still doing that. By the way I was with a friend and was perfectly safe. The friend and I just started dating." this threw off both of them. Harry had started living with the two shortly into the summer after third year. Sirius finally got his trial and was proven innocents and was rewarded with custody of Harry. Remus and Sirius had gotten back together too and the three of them moved into Grimmauld place. Sirius snapped out of it first and said "So who's the lucky girl. They must be older then you right." Harry said "She is a he and yes he is older. He is quite a bit older in fact."

Remus said "What do you mean quite a bit older. Are we talking just graduated Hogwarts or has been out of Hogwarts." Harry said "Out of Hogwarts for a bit he was a Slytherin by the way. He isn't a death eater if your thinking that." Sirius said "What a Slytherin what are you thinking you can't date a slimy snake." Harry was getting up set and yelled "Oh and why not its not like they are evil just cause Voldemort is doesn't mean they all are. Look at Pettigrew he was a Gryffindor for crying out loud. By the way snakes aren't slimy they have scales and are smooth. Now excuse me I am going to my room to finish my homework that you interrupted with your love making. If you have a problem with who I date then I can always move in with them." Harry pushed past the two and went up the stairs to his room. Once he got there he slammed the door and locked it.

  He was thinking how could Sirius say that. He broke down in to sobs. He didn't know what to do he loved Remus and Sirius but he didn't want them to try to control who he dated cause they don't like the house their in or was in. he wanted them to support him and be happy for him. He curled into a ball on his bed and continued to cry. What would happen if he ever told them who he was dating. What would happen if they saw the two of them together. For the most part everyone believed that Lucius was a death eater but he wasn't he didn't have a dark mark. Lucius showed him his arm. There is no way to hide the mark so without the mark he wasn't a death eater. He did spy on the dark lord but he never received a mark.
