I'm not Okay.

I just came home from a horrible day at work. My boss hates me. My Co-Workers think it's funny. I had a lot of work and i need some me-time.
I thought of ordering me a pizza, taking a hot bath and watching a movie on Netflix and just relax. That was my plan.

I went to the bathroom and let my hot water in for my bath, as my best friend Jules called me on my phone.
"Heyyyy babe.", she said lauoghing.
"Hi Jules"
"I'm with Keira and Louise at 'Diamonds'. Wanna come?"
Diamonds is a Bar, where we meet up sometimes to have a good evening. But I'm not in the mood to go and drink my brain out.
"Jules... not today..."
"But it's not the same without you! Please come!"
I thought a few moments about that... maybe my girls can change my mood. Maybe I need to socialize more.
"Okay... Maybe I could come over for a sec."
"Perfect! See you soon!", then she ended the call.
"Yes. Bye.", i said slowly doubting everything.

15 minutes later I'm at 'Diamonds'. At a table next to the bar all three are sitting there. The bar looks old fashioned with the wood patterns on walls and floor. It's really small in here, but it's enough room for five tables and four chairs for each table.
Everyone's looking flawless with beautiful wavy and voluminous hair and perfect porcelain-like make up. Next to them i feel like Dobby from the Harry Potter movies. With my not-so-complicated ponytail and some sweats with my cosiest pullover.
"Hey girl. Come sit here.", Jules said.

I felt like I'm third-wheeling the whole evening. They didn't even listen when i said something.

When Keira and Louise were gone home just me and Jules were at the table. I was exhausted and sad and i probably looked like that because Jules asked:
"Are you okay?"
I thought a moment about that question.
"Yea... uh... i ha-..."
"Perfect! Then i need to go home! Bye", then she went out.

Sometimes, when I say "I'm okay." I want someone to look me in the eye, hug me tight and say "I know you're not."
