Nene's POV
Finally got my hair finished now I just need to get out of this bathroom without getting caught by mom and that random man. I could just be really quiet or I could be normal and act like nothing is wrong. I think I'm gonna go with be very quiet one so I don't get yelled at. I open the bathroom door to see both of them asleep on the old,brown,gross couch. I go upstairs to go get my phone,knife for safety reasons,and my magenta purse and walk out the front door. I smelt the fresh wet,cold,sharp grass in the air and it was nice even though it was really cold outside. I might wanna check the time to see if I'm running late or not and It's 9:00... I better get going!
*buzz*
huh? who the f!ck is texting me while I'm trying to run to a bakery! Whatever I still have time after all. I look at my phone to see it was 9:10 am and the text message was from Keith. The message read.
"Hey Nene! Where are you? They just got here and were wondering what time you will be here and what is your number. Sooo yeah!" He texted me also why did they want my number!? Whatever i should give to them just in case we get along.
" I'll most likely be there at 9:20. And my number is*instert random number*." I texted Keith back and waited for a response while i run to the bakery.
Finally I see the bakery I've been running for what feels like forever! Anyway I guess I could walk there since I'm really close to it. I walk at a slow but steady pace and while I'm walking I chack my phone to see If I have any notifications from anyone or anything. And I do..I have one. The text message was from an unknown number and the message read.
"Hey! This is the person you gonna met at the bakery! My name is Cherry/gf! Who are you?" Huh i guess Cassandra never told her my name. Whatever i should tell her my name so she doesn't think I'm one of those creepy old men.
"My name is Nene. Nene S. Sorry I wasn't able to respond to your text I was trying to get to the bakery in time. Also are you Cassandra's sister?" I texted back as soon as I got to the bakery to see a pretty girl in a red dress,black long socks,and has a black belt and has earmuffs in the color red. I-i'm not attracted to her or anything she's just really pretty that's all.
"Yes, Yes I am."
