After I picked up the keys we headed out and  showed them all three of the houses that I seen and wanted their opinions on. the first one I showed them had a pool with a mother in law house. 

We walked though and I told them al lthe things that the realtor told me when I had come to view them by myself.

 after we left that one I took them to the brick & stone house that had a river in the back.  doing as I had with the first one I told them all of what came with it what was the asking price and everything. 

When I went to the one I really liked most which was the farmhouse with the three car garage and a flower pathway with plenty of room for not only our future kids if we have them but for any of the sons that wanna come for a visit and stay.

"as you see it's got a front porch, has a wide variety of land, has a three car gager which I'm sure you two could use for not only your bikes but other things if you wanted to," I tell them as I showed them the property.

"it's got six rooms including the master bedroom one is downstairs while the rest are upstairs," I inform them as I showed the whole inside. 

"What is your view of this house loue?"Chibs asked,

"well I'll tell you both once you two decide which of the three you like some that my liking of one doesn't make you pick that particular one only cause I like it." I tell him

"I like this one much more than the others. yes one had a pool and a guest house while the other had a river or lake but this is one that I can see us living in with you" Tig says

I smiled

"Yea I agree Tigzy I love this one as well it has much more room, it's got an open yard, nothing taking away the beauty of the place. and its secluded which is just what we wanted." Chibs replied

"So you've two decided one this one? " I asked

They looked at me and nodded.

"great it's the one I love too. it's perfect for us and our future family not to mention when some if not all the sons and their family or just them come we have plenty of room to hold them here. if not have a party on the front lawn" I replied

"So Are you putting money down for it?" Tig asked

I wrung my fingers together as I nibbled my lip.

"I put a partial one down hoping this would be the one that you both loved as well know all I gotta do is put the rest down and this will be ours," I tell them

They chuckled before coming over and kissing me.

"well love let's go so you can put the rest down and we can get this place and make it ours," Chibs says

We left the house locking up and headed to the realtor where I put the rest of the money down fully owning the place with worries of the monthly payment on it just having to pay property tax and all which is no big issue. 

After we signed our name on the ownership papers and were officially homeowners we headed to my soon to be old place. made love then they had to leave while I went and bought packing equipment and got started on the moving process.
