A/N~ So, this is my first time on Wattpad and actually writing a story! I've read multiple other stories by various authors and got the inspiration to actually create an account and see what others think of my work! So i hope you enjoy this first chapter! It may be short, seeing as I MIGHT lose power to a storm. Also, if anyone likes Pokemon Gijinkas and would like to send in a form to be a part of the story, send me an email at ShiitakeGreninja@gmail.com for more information!
Shii-take walked up to the front gates of Sevent Sanctum Academy, her long pink scarf swishing around her ankles. This was her first time in Seventh Sanctum, so she was worried. How was she going to make any friends? She was the only Kalos Gijinka here apparently, so she was different. She sighed as she walked through the gates.
"I guess it couldn't hurt to make some friends from other regions," she said looking around at the cherry blossom trees that surrounded the front path.
Shii-take glanced at a nearby Gijinka, who seemed to be an Oshawott. She had short white hair and the little nubs on her head were a dark blue color. She approached her and took a deep breath. She taps on the young girls shoulder and watches as she turns around. She had deep blue eyes that looked like an endless ocean. Shii-take's eyes widened and her mouth hung open, but was hidden behind her mask.
"Hi! Can I help you?" asked the Oshawott.
"Oh! U-Um.. I'm new here, and I thought maybe I should introduce myself to some uh, new people," Shii-take replied, stuttering a bit.
"Oh! Well, Welcome to Seventh Sanctum! I'm Olivia. You are?"
"I'm Shii-take. What region are you from, I've never seen an Oshawott. But, I've heard about them."
"I'm from the Unova Region! Where are you from?"
"Uh, um.. I'm from the Kalos Region."
"Where's that?"
'Typical, Kalos isn't even on the map yet. Perfect!' Shii-take thinks to herself, mentally facepalming.
Shii-take looks around for a minute as the bell rings. When she turns her attention back to Olivia, she was gone. She sighed and took off towards her locker. So much for a good first day. She didn't even know where her first class was! Walking in a random direction, she entered the main building and up the stairs. Everything here was so fancy, she was afraid to touch anything. She made her way down the halls until she came across her locker.
'Number Eighty-Eight' she thought, opening it to see the contents.
"Oh hey I don't even need books for my first class... Physical Education." she said, closing the locker and walking off towards the exit that led to the class.
As she exited she looked at everyone who was running laps around the track. She always loved running, so she hoped there was a track team so she could join. She looks around to find the coach and spots him standing at the start line. She jumped off the top step and landed on the ground with a cloud of dust stirring up. She walks over to the coach and finds it intriguing that he resembled the Pokemon Rayquaza. He looked over at her and she froze in her tracks. His gaze was so cold as he looked at her.
"Who might you be?" he asked, looking back down at his clipboard.
"Shii-take, sir." she said, approaching him once more.
"Ah, so you're the new girl eh?"
"Yes sir. Fresh out of the Kalos region."
"Really? I had heard that more Gijinkas lived there... But never any that resembled ninjas.."
'W-What?! He has never heard of a Greninja?!'
A/N~ Sorry it's so short! I thought this was a good stopping point for tonight, seeing as how I have lots of stuff to finish up! So I hope you guys enjoyed what you read so far, and tell me if you want more! I would love to hear feedback from everyone! Feel free to leave a comment with tips, criticism, or just anything you would like to say! I will always read the comments!
