Carlisle- Your hips. When ever he's standing behind you he'll put his hands on them and rub his thumbs on them. 

Esme- Your hands. She constantly holds them and kisses them. I also feel like she likes your arms a lot too.

Alice- She really likes your hair. She likes playing with it and doing it whenever she can. And she has a whole drawer filled with hair accessories. Also if your cuddling she'll run her fingers through it.

Jasper- For him it would be your hands. He likes holding them whenever. And he'll fiddle with them if he gets bored or nervous. But if you get nervous he'll tighten his grip a bit to reassure you that he's there for you.

Rosalie- Your smile. Whenever she's in a bad mood and she sees you smile it always brightens her day. She loves how you can smile even in the darkest situations

Emmett- Your thighs. Especially if there big. He likes resting his head on them and whenever your sitting down next to him he'll put his hand on them.

Edward- Your eyes. He likes the natural color of them. And how they lighten up whenever you get excited. He also makes a lot of eye contact with you because of that reason.

Bella- Your arms. Whenever your cuddling she'll trace shapes or just random stuff on them. And if you'll let her she likes taking washable markers and drawing on them too.

Alec- Your legs. He'll definitely like kissing them. It does matter if there short or long he'll love them either way.

Jane- Your face. If your human and sleeping next to her she'll trace your features.

Aro- Your eyes. If you've known him for a long time he'll definitely be able to tell how you feel just by having eye contact with you.

Felix- Your nose. I feel like he'll constantly tell you that it's very unique. And he'll love it even better if you have freckles.
