Chapter 2- Myphs?

So, how do you know Marie? " I asked as we started walking. Why are we going back to the grave yard?

"Well, I don't really know her, I just know Jose, her husband. " He replied.

"This is changing subjects but did you die? " I asked feeling like this was a personal question. Kyran was silent for a second before responding.

"No, I'm still alive, I'm just kinda immortal. "He answered.

"What do you mean kinda? " I asked.

"I have the live forever part but I can still get hurt. " He spoke as he looked down. "I assume I can die, but it's difficult to get close. " He sounds pretty strong.

As we got close to the gate of the graveyard, I noticed something ahead of us. It was human like, very similar to a zombie but indigo coloring and well kept ness, said otherwise. I stopped, scared to continue. Kyran noticed I stopped and did as well, looking up at me.
"Why did you stop? " He asked.

"What's that? " I pointed at the creature. Kyran looked where I was pointing. The creature turned around hearing our voices and started running towards us. Kyran ran towards it and jumped against the fence of the graveyard. He got pretty high up and brought out a scythe and raised it above him. When he got close enough, he swung it into the creature, making it fade away in a bright teal light. After landing where the creature once stood Kyran stood up straight and turned back to me with a smile carrying the scythe on his shoulder.

"H-h-how, w-what was that thing!? " I asked impressed while confused of what I just witnessed. He started walking up to me.

"Well since you can see them, they're now a threat to you. " He started. "They're called myphs, they're kinda like minions being mind controlled. " OK I was close. "We do know who's in charge of them. "

"We? "I asked.
"Oh, yeah, I haven't told you about the others, "he started. The others? " Nydia is our leader, Collin is quiet we don't know a lot of him, Heath is a chill guy, Hyun is our cook, and finally Ella, she's the nicest. "Geez five names that's a lot to remember. "You'll get to meet all of them later. "Heh heh that's overwhelming.

We walked into the graveyard hearing to Jose's tombstone. When we got there, I could see Jose hugging his kids as Marie was talking to them about something. Jose saw us in the corner of his eye and walked up to us.

"Hey Kyran, did you bring him so I could thank him? "He started putting his fists on his hips and nodded to me. " Well I should, thank you for helping Marie, I doubt the kids would've helped, they would've been busy playing. " He stuck out his hand to me, I shook it. "Your name is Erect right? " He asked. My face turned all red from embarrassment.

"N-no my name is Eric, n-not... erect.. " I corrected him. Jose laughed at my embarrassment and his confusion.
"I'm so sorry about that, I was confused why someone would name their child that. "A look of fear took over his cheery face.
"Wait, I just realized, you can see me, how? " He asked. I looked at Kyran, sharing the same face if uncertainty.

"Well, we don't know." I answered, Jose leaned in to me.
"Are you able to see Myphs? " He wispered, I nodded. He stood back straight. "Well, I'll leave you two on your way. " He walked back over to his kids. Marie looked back at us, well me. She got up from her knees and walked up to me.
"Ah, Eric, I did not know is you were there. " She started. "I thought you were going back hogar on the avión. " Her English is a little broken but great from where she started.

"Yeah about that, I met someone so I'll be taking a new flight in the morning. " Marie looked surprised at first but quickly grew a smirk.
"Is it a hot boy or girl? " She asked winking at me. My face went entirely red. I took a quick glance at Kyran, who was slightly blushing, and I looked away quick.
"N-no it's n-not like t-that! " OK I'm slightly lying he is kinda...you know.............hot.AAAAHHHHH I'm in a bisexual panic. And yes I'm bi I'm out of the closet.
"Sure, well have fun on your date. " She said cheerly as she returned to her kids.
"It's not a date! " I yelled even more red than before.

As she sat back down, me and Kyran continued walking through the graveyard til nobody was around. Kyran stopped, taking out his sythe. I stopped and looked around for another myph but they're was none. Kyran raised his scythe but didn't move it when a growl came behind us. A myph was running up to us and fast. Kyran swung the scythe down, creating a ring of lavender flames.

Through it was a kitchen with a long table off to the side. It was quite dark like a pub from before electricity was invented. Kyran turned around to the myph grabbed me around my waist with a stern look on his face. I blushed at his sudden movement. He waited til the myph was in front of us to take his scythe to it and jump backwards into the portal. This myph had dissapeared the same as the first one.

We landed on the floor as the portal closed quick. I looked up to see a tall woman standing above me looking shocked and annoyed. She wore a tight black suit with no sleeves or going past very short shorts line. By her stomach it was crissed crossed exposing her skin, on her chest was a piece missing and AK WAIT. She has rather a....um...large...bust let's put it. She had her arms crossed as her face turned into pure rage as she looked to Kyran.
"WHAT in the HELL are you thinking!"

Ok transferring text to paper and vise versa is not fun. Sorry for the late post I kinda got stuck trying to keep up with my school work. I'm a little sick, well enough to go to school but my symptoms are bothering the shit out of me so I'm staying home. I was hoping to get this chapter out by or before Halloween but I failed. Anyways that's all for now.
