Law is stoic.
He must keep everything in order, and keep everyone in their places, or Chaos will take over.
Chaos does not mean harm, but causes it anyway, as is in their nature.
Law cannot let Chaos burn the world.
So he makes the rules, enforces them, and gives consequences to the ones who break them.
He cannot let himself care, cannot let himself be moved by Peace's tears, Death's pain, Life's unknowing anger, Chaos' devotion, Hate's heartbreak, Calm's silence, Fear's reckless joy, Fire's starvation, War's exhaustion, or Love's apathy.
Because the second he does, there's no going back.
Law is stoic.
